Fifty BILLION stars!! A HUGE relief – Perfect size, soft sleeves, very flexible
God Bless whomever created these.I’m not using these for childbirth; I’m using it for labiaplasty. My poor swollen, itchy, *incredibly* sensitive sliced open vagina – WHY does there have to be SO many nerves down there? It’s been AWFUL. After sleeping with full size ice packs crammed into my underwear, I tried these and I feel like every woman should get them. A painful period, too long on a bike, super hot day …These are really long, which works great because I am so swollen right now. The sleeves are extremely soft and comfortable, and the Velcro keeps the ice pack in place. The little beads help it adjust shape to get to every spot. They only stay cold enough for 20-30 min, which is fine, I’m buying another set. These are SUCH a relief!!

These are great. They last so much longer than the chemical cold based liners
So far I really like these cold liner packs from Vecozey. Each pack lasts about 25 minutes with strong cold relief for me, and another 5 minutes more of cooler than the surrounding area relief. For a total personal cooling time of 30 minutes per pack. While these packs freeze very stiffly. The holder helps to get and keep them in place, and it only takes 30 to 45 seconds for them to soften enough to curve into a comfortable position once worn. The cotton fabric holders are cute and fit the cold packs well. There is a pocket to slip the packs in that keeps them well covered so certain areas aren’t exposed to unprotected frozen cold pack, and the hook and loop fastening wings help to keep the whole thing in place. They fasten well around thin pads or just to plain underwear. However, the fabric holders do not absorb much, and I did find they didn’t reach as well around really thick postpartum pads. It was more of a struggle to keep them closed around those thicker pads, so on very heavy days postpartum, these might not be able to stay in place as well. These cold packs last a lot longer than some chemical cold based liners that I had gotten, which only give 5 to 10 minutes of relief for me. Those liners also don’t absorb much very well, so I’d much rather have a 30 minute cold relief pack that needs a thick pad underneath it, than a 5 or 10 minute cold relief pack that needs a thick pad underneath it.For cleaning the fabric washable liners with postpartum use, hydrogen peroxide is your best friend. Hand rinse off as much as you can with cold water, then squeeze out the water and spray the stains with hydrogen peroxide. Keep spraying every minute or so until the fabric has bubbled up the stains as much as it will bubble. After that, machine wash in cold water to get the rest out. These are great in my opinion. I’ll most likely be getting another set soon so I can have 4 in rotation.

Wonderful for postpartum
These have been great for postpartum relief. I keep one in the freezer and one out and just keep switching on and off as needed. The frozen one I let sit about a half hour so it can shape to me easier but it’s a nice relief without having to make my own. For sanitary reasons I don’t use the covers but when I get past this healing process I think these will be great just to have in standby for injuries or even postpartum period cramps

Great concept!
This is a great concept! I will be keeping this on hand for after delivery. I particularly like that these can be used cold or hot, are able to be easily washed, and have good quality fabric for when sensitive skin is needing it most. I think the quality is great and this product will survive many uses. Overall I believe this is a great product that will provide new mothers with much needed relief.

Self Care without the glitz
These are perineal, postpartum, hemorrhoid, or, in my case, post surgical ice pads. They come with washable cotton liners that can be secured to your existing underwear or just used as a fabric layer between the ice pad and your skin. Not only do they have cute koalas, but are great little comfort providers when your your body is still trying to find its way back to where it should be and everything hurts. The hot/cold beads are re-usable and so far I have only used them for cold, but they do well not getting cold enough to harm you. When you have them on, you forget they are there because they don’t end getting swampy like some ice pads do when they thaw. You don’t feel it is there instead of it getting really uncomfortable. At first I was worried that only having the pouch on one side would mean it wouldn’t stay in place, but I have used it for a couple nights no with no problem. I also use on on my sternum to help stave off Mast Cell Attacks by controlling my body temperature a little and the size and shape make that more comfortable and during the day it is less noticeable by people around me.These are good for what they are for and then have many other uses that will make them a regular part of your daily life and frankly that self-care they talk about… well it looks a lot more like this than it does baths with candles and wine!

Wonderful set of heat packs (or cooling) and washable covers!
This has worked out nicely for my wife. It’s a really nice set that has a washable cover and cold/hot packs. It’s a good value, offers flexible options for comfort, and hasn’t leaked when microwaved. My wife has some monthly cycle pain and usually heat is the only comfort. Sometimes that pain is pelvic or in awkward to hear places. This set allows her to comfort what needs comforting and easily launder the cover. At this point, she followed microwave instructions and found relief with the heat ability. Though it doesn’t retain heat long, it’s very helpful to her. They seem durable and are not too thick, though they probably can’t be worn walking around due to some bulk. The set can be cooled and is made of silicon beads in a gel so can be easily done.Overall, this is a nice set with a quality heat pack. The material for the cover is soft and well sewn. We’re very happy with this much needed system.

I haven’t had my second baby yet, but I wanted to be prepared this time around and these perineal cold/hot packs look like they’ll make a huge difference in my recovery. With my first son, I bought a different set that was much smaller and honestly didn’t provide enough coverage or lasting relief. These are noticeably larger and more contoured, which I think will help so much more with swelling and soreness after delivery. The gel packs feel flexible, and I love that they come with soft, washable cotton sleeves that seem very gentle on skin. The fact that they can be used for both cold and warm therapy is a bonus, especially if I need help with cramping or general discomfort. So far, I’m really impressed with the quality and size. I feel a lot more prepared this time, and I’m confident these will be a postpartum essential once baby arrives!

These are so much better than I was expecting! The gel packs are made of tons of little beads that really allow them to be flexible, even when frozen. They’re still quite stiff when you freeze them but a bit of body heat makes them almost immediately more flexible. The cotton liners are so cute and really well made. The velcro is strong and works well. I think they are the perfect size, long enough to ensure coverage where it’s needed, and also just wide enough not to be uncomfortable. These are a must have for any postpartum parent, and would make a great gift for mom at a baby shower!
