Surgical quality
A long time ago I had major abdominal surgery for cancer and was given a very high quality abdominal binder. The velcro wore out on it so I got what I thought was a similar one from CVS and it did not work the same at all and felt terrible. I tried many brands but this is the one that comes the closest to the binder I had from the hospital. I wear it when I know I need to do a lot of of work that will put pressure on my core or from certain clothes that aggravates the nerve pain I’ve had. I also use it while doing housework because it helps with my back too!I think this is a very comfortable binder and doesn’t make you hot. If you are a trans boy/man, this is a good binder for you since it covers your entire abdomen and doesn’t ride up.

The Velcro has nothing to stick to
Because the Velcro has nothing to stick to, you stick it to the body of the brace which rips the fibers of the brace. Also, very light support- not enough for post abdominal surgery, in my opinion.

Binder material is thin and grip tape is so strong that when I tried it on it ripped it and started tearing thw binder.
