Love this monitor!
I borrowed this monitor at a friend’s house and loved it so much that we bought one for ourselves. The picture quality is great, the screen is a nice size, and it’s way more quiet (in a good way/not safety concern way) when it picks up sound than the last monitor we used. We haven’t used the split screen function yet but I’m sure it will be great.

Clear image and great connection
The device was very easy to set up. The two cameras were already paired to the parent unit and it comes with two wall mounting kits. This is an amazing price for 2 cameras and a parent unit. Before we moved and had our second kid, we had a Hubble camera that was almost the same price for only one camera. On top of it (Hubble) being over priced, we would constantly have connectivity issues and the camera quality wasn’t nearly as clear as the the Babysense. The VOX feature, split screen, and zoom on this thing are amazing. I also love that I’m able to see the whole room by moving the camera.The only downside of this Babysense monitor, which isn’t really a downside since it was resolved, is that after 1 night of using it the parent unit started making a weird sound (see video). I tried turning it off and on and pressing the reset button on the back, but neither of these things worked. And I also made sure it wasnt coming from my kids’ rooms or the cameras themselves. So I called customer service and the rep, Chris, was great. He was very polite and guided me through some troubleshooting tips. Since we weren’t able to resolve the issue, he ended up sending a new parent unit, free of charge. He said it would arrive in two days, but to my surprise it came in the very next day. Within less than 24 hours of calling customer service, I already had a new parent unit at my front door.Although the first parent unit was defective, I’m still giving a 5 star rating because the issue was resolved in a very quick and easy manner. Their customer service is one of the best I have seen. They also make it super easy to contact them by providing their contact information right on the parent unit so you always have it on hand. I will update this review if any issues arise with the new parent unit.

We loved our old one from this company but…
Update 4/21/24Customer service is fantastic as usual. They reached out to help resolve some of the issues we had. An extra power adapter to have out in the kitchen solved the problem of charging the unit when not in the nursery. I hooked the unit up today in our 2 year Olds room and the range was great. We have issues with the camera signal dropping through the cinderblock walls from one side of the house to the other. With this updated unit we do not have any problems. The picture quality is great and as long as you do not mount the camera directly to the wall the maneverability is not a problem. Unfortunately we can not leave the camera sitting on top of the dresser because the 2 year old likes to pull things off the top of the dresser so this made panning the camera to see all of his room extremely difficult to do. The unit works great and if the camera had a wall mount to make it sit upright it would be great. We will be returning the unit but appreciate the attempts from Customer service in resolving our issues with the updated designs.Inital review:We got the v65 when I needed to replace the camera from our first child. We loved the camera quality and range on the v65 camera(even through cinderblock walls). The old cameras quit working twice on us and customer service sent out replacement cameras quickly. We started having issues with the monitor and it was out of warranty. We inquired about purchasing a new one and they sent us a brand new one for free but told us that product support was ending for that model and next time something happens we would have to upgrade. We have noticed the camera quality started degrading over the past month so I ordered this updated version and it arrived today. I went from excited to disappointed quickly. The old handheld unit used a usb type c charger so we could charge it anywhere in the house with the numerous usb c cords we have. The new unit uses the old DC transformer plug in style which means it only charges where I have that plug at unless I want to move it around which is anything but ideal. The cameras feel like a thin plastic shell that would Crack the first time it falls off the wall. The mount consists of a screw that you slide the camera over allowing gravity to hold in place. The old units used a bracket to the wall that you used a thumb screw to attach the camera too. Overall the quality feels cheap and the jump backwards in technology with the way the unit mounts and charges feels likethe company is maximizing the bottom line profit over producing a quality product.

I really like this monitor. It has a nice big display which is super sharp, and the HD quality from the cameras is outstanding… even in night vision you can still see every movement no matter how small. It has a great range of additional options such as the night light, sounds and ability to have it display both cameras at once. I should add the range of motion on the cameras plus the 4x zoom (digital) really make it easy to keep tabs on your lil one (or surprise your partner).The “However” for me is… We’ve had this almost a month and one of the cameras has stopped functioning for some reason. The power cables are fine but this camera just doesn’t turn on, despite it working 2 days ago. Could someone get back to me about this otherwise I might have to return it as faulty…[UPDATE!]So I had one camera go on the fritz where it stopped drawing power. Sean from Babysense quickly and efficiently replaced the faulty camera unit at no charge and shipped it next day so we weren’t without our second for long. It was amazing service and I cannot thank them enough for their time and effort to sort this out. A* service.
