Perfect for closet light – waited 2 years to write review!!
I went through 2 different brand lights prior to this one. I needed a motion light for towel closet in a hallway. The prior lights I bought from other brands lights had horrible battery life and were too “white” as far as the light. This was is simply perfect for this use. The color is warmer, but bright enough for a closet. The battery life is outstanding! I think I only changed the batteries once in two years – at most twice, but either way – it lasts longer than you will expect. Easy install – easy battery change. I definitely recommend this light if you are looking for a closet light where you do not have power. It’s been two years and no issues!

Bright, tough and reliable
I love Mr. Beams products. I have the flood lights all over mine and my parent’s yards so I tried these for a dark room in their house. It’s just as amazing as the outdoor lights! The batteries last forever (like only change twice a year-forever) and they are super bright and reliable, much more so than any other battery operated lights that I’ve tried.If you’re on the fence about them, just do it.

Good light for the shower
Very easy to install in the middle of my guest shower – the room light left the shower pretty dim, and this casts a “bright daylight” level of light. Really like the motion-driven on/off feature – with the shower curtain closed, the light doesn’t come on unless there is a moving body inside the shower. Good light, excellent value for the money, actually looks like the light was installed originally.

Works Well So Far, easy to install
Works so far, placed on area above our front door to give some light when opening in the dark. Stays on for a few minutes and goes off right away when leaving, so the battery should not wear down too soon.

It’s a dud
Product looks good and installs easily but as other reviewers noted the sensor is over-active. I installed this in a closet a year ago. I could see the light turning on and off by itself in the middle of the night on the other side of the closed closet door.I removed the little black cap on the interior of the product as other reviewers mentioned but it had no impact on the light turning on constantly and burning through it’s battery life in weeks.I should have heeded the warnings about the sensor. It’s a dud.

For when you just want some quick light.
Bought these because there it a corner of the garage that is dark and only needing to be there a few seconds and not wanting to flip the switch, this was an fast and easy option. Installing these was fast and simple, just two screws and done. The only thing that delayed installing them was the C type batteries it takes. It’s been three months and I haven’t needed to swap out the batteries yet.

Installed two of these in closet to help see better and they are way brighter than the older versions! Easier than running wires to a new light, only downside is they require 4 “C” size batteries, which never go on sale. All in all, a good buy!

Great battery operated motion lights for my balcony. They are a bit sensitive with the motion detector but they do the job. Easy to instal and very bright. Definitely recommend for an area where there isn’t a lot walking motion or moving.

This was bought as a xmas gift for my parents to use in their dark shower. It works great and the battery has been going strong for a few months now. Its much brighter then the lumens spec would suggest. The 20 second timer doesn’t seem to be a problem since most of the time a person is constantly moving in the shower. You do need to keep the shower curtain closed though, otherwise movement in the rest of the bathroom will cause it to turn on.
