Safe, clean, and so soft
This sand really is so much nicer than the “play sand” you might buy at a home improvement store. I have had ours for a year now and it’s still so great to play with. I feel better having my toddler play in sand that is real beach sand and not hiding toxins. Look up play sand, if you haven’t already, and prepare to be shocked and disgusted at what is in there. This is pricey so don’t try to fill a giant sand box. We have ours in a sand table with a lid. The sand has been wet from play, rain, and snow but it always dries out and stays so nice. I would buy again.

Pros:- soft- 2 of the 40lb bags fill a small toddler sized sandbox or ball pit- no dust during play (didn’t want the cheap dusty sand I spotted at someone else’s house, that can easily get into eyes and lungs- nice light color- easy to clean off- great quality- positive reviews, seem accurateCons:-highest price I found on Amazon- would like 1 or 2 bags to make the sandbox more full but can’t afford to spend that much- not moist enough to make a sand castle (maybe adding water you could?)All in all, worth spending more money so I know my almost 2 year old isn’t playing with toxic, dusty, low quality sand

This is a very fine poured sand. I put a layer of this over the Fluval layer to protect it from being worn down. Great surface!!

If you’re getting this to fill a sandbox, don’t. It’s such a small bag for 20lbs. More the size for a sensory bin, which is what I’m going to have to use it for, and it’s so expensive for this small amount. Not worth sending it back though since it’s a $45 charge for that also 🙄🙄
