Very easy to assemble, with a clear manual, step-by-step instructions, and numbered parts. Comfortable, sturdy, and fully adjustable (armrests and footrest ring). I really needed a new one since my old chair was very worn out, and this one is perfect.

I can’t say enough good things about this chair. Just go ahead and purchase this one and look no further. This chair checked all the boxes. It is beautiful, it is comfortable, the directions in the box were great, it came with extra hardware. Looks executive, my employees love it so your getting this review plus several more in one. The arms on both sides retract backwards which allows you to push the chair underneath the table which is absolutely fantastic for us IT guys. Otherwise the arms would hit the table and you could not do this. A+++++++++++ 100!!!!! —- Five Star chair!!!

Good padding, no plastic smell
Good padding, no plastic smellbut I thought some of the holes drilled in wrong place. to me the bracket should seat flush against the seat bottom.emailed company and they sent a video showing how it should be attached, but I am just using it as a stoolSomeone said it goes together in 15 minutes, for some of us it’s 2 hours, but pretty comfortable.

Armrests severely dented from normal use.
This is silly, but I’ve had this chair for a couple months now. Both armrests are severely dented where my elbows rest, due to normal use. I took them apart, which took awhile to figure out, but they are just press-fit attached. After bit of careful prying with a flat blade, they popped right off, I was able to remove the cover which was stapled on. The foam padding is grossly inferior with no “spring-back” after being compressed. I’ll likely replace these with a better material because I really like the chair. Hope this is helpful to someone else.
