> Simplest form to keep pets in/out truly and fully.> Easier than getting a screen door. (in my case)> The opening between bars is much narrower compared to most other pet gates.> The walk-in door way is not a fixed height – it adjusts as u make it taller so the door becomes taller as well.> Comes with these ‘pins’ that help make the extra side pieces not wobble and makes it secure so cats cant squeeze through. Without those, based on ur height (taller becomes worse), the optional side bars can ‘bend open’ so a cat could squeeze through. Now they feel like the main bars on the door/gate itself.> Feels sturdy, doesnt feel like anything is gunna break or bend permanently.> Door has a latch and is easy to open and close so entry is quick and simple.> Door latch is metal.> Only plastic parts i saw/felt were the screw in knobs and the optional extra width side bar pins.> My door is exactly 30″ wide by 80″ tall. One width bar extension gives too much space for them to escape, the two bar extension is perfect, but for my door frame it was like 0.1″ too long on the side. So, used a hacksaw to cut off that part that lets u connect multiple sides together (since i dont need the others in my case), (u can see the part im talking bout in pic 3). Now it looks like pic 4 after cutting it off. And pic 5 shows that u dont needa be flush with the cut as the adjustable pin still sticks out a lil cuz of the bolt on the right side (which is used to go into the gate).>> Doing it this way now gave me enough room slide it in, and be able to adjust and put pressure to hold the gate in place and not leave any openings big enough for cats to get through.Glad i took the chance on this cuz at the time of writing, this product only has like 18 reviews and there arent very many options that give this amount of height for a pet gate, LET ALONE a gate that actually has a more narrow gap opening bars than most others that’ll finally keep my cats inside the dang room. And with the doors height matching whatever height u adjust it too instead of being fixed is a thing of beauty. It feels very well made and i dont expect anything to break on this unless a person rams into it, hard.I’ve been dealing with trying to figure out a solution for bout 8 months now because these fools are escape artists, and now i finally got one and I’m finally happy.

Nice gate!
We have an awkward doorway that had us using an old, large cardboard box and miscellaneous items stacked in front and on the counter to discourage our bully cat from terrorizing the other cats. Needless to say, it didn’t work all that well.I decided it was time for an actual gate and this one is fantastic! The bully’s reaction alone made it worth every dime! He was and remains defeated. They can still hiss at each other through the gate, maybe even take a few swipes, but no more breaking and entering by bulldozing the wall of cardboard and forcing open the door.Installation was a breeze. The thumb screws were loose and wobbly which made me feel like I was doing it wrong, but they tightened up and now the gate is solidly in place.I wish the door was able to swing open both ways, but I’m sure there’s a safety reason for not having that.Highly recommend!

Perfect gate
So far I’m loving this purchase, keeps the cats out of the baby room yet keeps the room well ventilated like I need, was easy to install, its nice and sturdy, it’s really easy to open and close…. Only tiny Issue is how loud closing it is if ur not careful about it while ur baby is sleeping, if the latch was plastic instead of metal I’m sure it would be quieter, but for now I’ll just be slow and careful with it, as it does the job perfectly

Great cat gate and it came very quickly!
I needed this because one of my highly allergic grown kids moved back home. Cats seem to know that you are allergic and so your room is where they want to be! We have 3 cats. The room had no door and it would be too much trouble, time, and expense to add one. It arrived a couple of days from ordering it and in good condition. The box weighed about 35 pounds. The hardest part about figuring out how to put it up were the additional panels. The threaded bolts don’t actually thread into anything, they just fit into a hole. Once you figure out how many sections you need and on which side, the whole thing kind of “props” onto the opening while you are finger tightening it to the door frame. I was glad I had a couple of helpers to hold it all into place while I was tightening. The door does not swing in both directions! Whichever way you choose to mount it if the hinges are on the left the door will open toward you so keep that in mind when installing it. There is no way to modify this. As you expand the gate to fit the height the smaller diameter tubes must be on the top. The gate catch is good and operable from both sides. We use a heavy curtain over the whole arrangement. I am very pleased with this purchase and it’s exactly what I wanted. The directions could certainly have been a little more clear but we figured it out.

I needed a sally port!
I have a frisky 11 lb. kitten (part maine coon). Every time the door opens he bolts for it. If I am able to intercept him it becomes a fight. I couldn’t even go anywhere without putting him in his pen, which I hate. So I got this gate to create a sally port for my cat! Fortunately my door is at the end of a hall. It’s very sturdy, attractive, and easy to put up. A whole screw driver is even included. The manual and instructions are good. The price is even right! Definitely recommend.

This is by far the best and easiest doorway gate to install. Works great. I actually have 3 of them and noticed the third one has some, for the better, changes in the hinge system and door stop. I did work with Customer service on an issue with my second gate and they answered promptly.

Very Sturdy and easy to install
This gate is well worth the extra expense. It was so easy to install and is extra sturdy. It will indeed keep our four cats out of the Christmas room. It looks great too.

None of my 3 cats can get through. Very easy to set up. Perfect. The hight is amazing! One of the rods was bent but either than that all good
