Great baby monitor
Great non wifi camera. The picture quality is really nice. It has maybe a 1 second lag between the video and what you have it set on. It has a lot of features like lullaby songs, those are really nice to have and you can speak through the camera pretty easily and the audio coming back is pretty clear. Even when the lights are out during the day and when its night time the picture is really good. It still is a clear video. During the day the video is pretty bright too, so its nice all times of the day! And super easy set up! It took me less than 3 minutes to set everything up.

Great monitor to have
Very happy with my purchase. I’m babysitting my grandson a few days a week and wanted to get a monitor. My daughter has the larger screen same model. This monitor works great. The clarity is perfect. Night vision is clear. I keep his room dark when he is napping and I can see him very clearly. You can talk through the monitor and the audio is clear. The battery on the monitor lasts a long time. The screen shows the temperature of the room, the time, day. It also shows the battery life left. This monitor works as advertised. Would recommend to others.

Good product and EXCELLENT customer service
Update: changed my review to 5 stars. The customer service was absolutely amazing. After reaching out to the company about the issues we were having they provided several solution and followed up with me several times to make sure the problems we were having resolved and when they didn’t offered us a replacement and partial refund. Great company and great customer service. We’re very happy with our experience.I like how big the screen is, the features are nice (can turn on eco mode so it only kicks on when the baby is fussing or crying), does hold a charge for awhile before dying, and I feel like it’s a good price for the quality.However, after having this for a few weeks the screen on the second camera is starting to lag, as well as the screen going completely black for a few seconds randomly and the night vision is ok but honestly unless it’s right over the baby, it’s just not super clear although I can see the shine from the eyeballs which helps if I suspect anyone is still awake.Big take away it’s a good value for your money but with the screen lagging and going black I’m not sure how long it’ll last.

Excellent for ease of use
The wife and I are surprised how much we liked this. Initially, I tried setting up a Foss form of CCTV and baby monitor, it was a pain to set up . I got this as a stop gap and ended up using it and keeping it.I love how easy it was to set up. It really took a couple of minutes. The night cam comes in clear and I love the two way talking function. I got the double camera and used it in a different room with the other kids. It’s nice to ask them their meal preferences instead of running up and down stairs.My only complain is that it isn’t hd. It isn’t even 720. But it was not a deal breaker for me. It is good enough if you place the camera correctly.The features I love but wasn’t looking for are the temperature monitoring and camera control. It’s nice to be able to control the camera remotely and scan an entire room.

It’s a good video monitor
I licked this monitor because it had all my requirements— no wifi, long battery life, the screen could turn off when silent so no glowing light, and a decent size screen. I had never had one before as this is our first, so there are a few features I wish it had:1. Volume buttons. In order to adjust volume, you have to navigate the menu. Not terrible, but inconvenient. Itd be nice to be able to turn down the volume once baby starts crying, go soothe baby, then come back and turn it up if baby goes back asleep. Now the fussing just continues to echo unless you turn it off before going to soothe (which is a 3-second push of a button). 2. An off button for the camera. We just end up pulling out the cord, but itd be nice to have an on/off switch for the camera. Or a way to turn it off from the screen. It just feels strange to leave it on 24/7. Not sure what we’ll do once the camera is mounted- perhaps put it on a smart switch. Lastly, a few notes about the function.1. In the room our baby sleeps in, it’s always black and white night view in the video no matter time of day. The camera must need a lot of light— tilting open the blinds in a south facing window isn’t enough. We don’t pull them open for sleeping, so we just always have a black and white view. It’s a clear image so it’s ok. 2. The temp on screen is basically useless. It reads the temp of the camera. I guess we now know it’s a few degrees off so we can detect if the room is suddenly cooler or hotter than normal, but the true temp is not available. Overall we are happy with this monitor, especially given the price. We used an Amazon coupon and 15% off registry so ended up paying about $50 for it.

This is the second time I order this monitor, because I accidentally broke the first one. I looked for other options but this has been the best. I tried hybrid cameras but they’re so unreliable, I was hesitant when first buying this since it’s Bluetooth only but it’s been perfect. The connection is strong, no buffering. I can sleep soundly while my baby is in his own room knowing I will hear him and can see him whenever he wakes up for a feed. Whenever I’m out and he’s being watched by the nanny, she can go all the way outdoors and the connection would still be solid. The only thing I prefer would be for the volume to be through buttons on the side instead of being on the screen only. Whenever my baby wakes up I reduce the volume immediately to avoid waking up my husband and it would be easier to do that with physical buttons.

I was specifically looking for a baby monitor that didn’t rely on an internet connection, since I didn’t want to keep my phone screen on constantly. This Hello Baby monitor solved that perfectly. The camera needs to be plugged into external power, while the monitor is rechargeable and holds charge for several days. It connects quickly and has been very reliable.The video quality is sufficient for its purpose, and the night mode works surprisingly well. There’s no noticeable lag in the video feed. The screen graphics do feel a bit low-resolution by today’s standards, but the image quality itself is clear enough for monitoring your baby, which is what matters.I do wish the pricing was a little lower and that there were more good non-Wi-Fi options available in the market. That said, for what it offers, this is a solid, dependable choice, highly recommended for parents who want peace of mind while finishing up chores.
