Terrible battery
Great for kids only problem is my daughters battery died and never came back on only had it for 2 months even brought a new charger to see if that would fix the problem and nothing

No battery Life
Not the best… Bought this as a Christmas gift for my Granddaughter, she loved it, great features. That one died on January 28th, fully charged battery would only last a few minutes. Lasted 33 days. Was within the Amazon return window, they replaced it no questions. Replacement arrived on January 29th, worked great until March 3rd, won’t take a charge at all. Screen shows the battery symbol with a orange “caution” triangle in the middle of it then shuts right off. Today is March 4th so another 33 days on this unit. hey, we tried!

Trash tablet to the max
WORSE tablet ever!! Doesn’t let you turn the light down. Like it’s still super bright even if you dim the light entirely and put it in dark mode. Apps don’t stay open when you are trying to get in them. Still can’t down load YouTube or anything else for that matter. Just an all around bad product

Terrible product!!! The worst! I guess you get what you pay for. The volume buttons stopped on my daughter’s and my son’s won’t even turn on anymore. I wouldn’t even give it one star but I had to just to write the review.

Just died
Had the tablet almost two months yesterday the screen shut off and now won’t turn back on I’ve tried to reset it and to factory reset it it won’t do that either we know it has a full battery but it won’t turn on… The battery started to go out a week ago it just stopped holding a charge

Battery does not charge after about a month
Value for money:I thought hat this would be a cute little tablet for my granddaughter the price was great the size also great and she loves it but I am disappointed in the product I believe it must be defective as I had to replace it 1 month after having it due to the battery will no longer charge they sent me a replacement and here it is 1 month since getting the replacement we are having the same battery issue again so I am not sure that this tablet is meant to work for longer than a month I will have to look for another brand even if it is a bit more expensive than this one

Don’t waste your money!
If I could give this tablet zero stars I would! I bought two of these for my granddaughters for Christmas. Within one month one of them stopped charging and one of them had the corner where the bumper is fall off. The charger worked on everything else so that tells me it was the tablet that wouldn’t charge. I sent them back and gave the company the benefit of the doubt and had them send me two new ones. Within two weeks one of them again wouldn’t charge and the other one came with a small crack even though it was packaged very well. No biggie it still turned on and worked. Then it all of a sudden stopped connecting to any WiFi. I did all the trouble shooting, took it to multiple different relatives homes to see if it would work and nothing. So now I’m returning these and will find a completely different kind. Don’t waste your money!

Battery life
The battery dies super fast and doesn’t stay charged long. The screen freezes half the time also making it hard to work. Not satisfied with this tablet at all.
