A: Assembly is straightforward, but there are quite a few pieces which makes it seem more daunting. We recommend that you prepare a electric screwdriver and a hammer. It takes about 3 hours for someone with installation experience to assemble it. Some steps may require two people to complete.
Q3: What should I do if the parts are missing/damaged during installation?
A: Don’t worry, we will send you the replacement immediately if any parts are damaged either during delivery or the installation process.

Sturdy dresser
I was happy with the outcome of this dresser, it was easy to assemble, the directions were clear and everything was labeled clearly. Some parts of the dresser are actually very thick so it seems very sturdy. The drawers all glide very smoothly. I would say the only thing I wasn’t excited about were the handles on the drawers themselves which seem kind of cheap but they look nice. I feel this was a good purchase for the price.

Perfect and amazing quality
One of the best quality pieces of furniture I have ever gotten on Amazon. Deep drawers with lots of room, easy glide, and looks like an older piece. It took a while to put together but I don’t even mind.

Small drawers
Beautiful dresser however the drawers are very small, so I would say it’s probably better suited for a child than adults. They do not open as far as they should which is extremely frustrating. This dresser had multiple spots that was supposed to have a pre-drilled whole for the screws and it wasn’t there. Pieces were also missing labels. I will say without the label it was still very easy to put together. The dresser smells like the inside of a cigar box but that does go away fast. It does seem very sturdy, it is quite heavy. I had a hard time finding a dresser that was tall enough and this is perfect.I would recommend .

Great look and smooth operating drawers
Easy to put together and I love the look. It worked very well for the smaller room that we used it in. Drawers opened easily and has a smooth glide when closing them. I am hoping to get the matching side tables.

Attractive and Functional with a Few Quirks
Pros:The item is quite sturdy and looks just as pictured. It was also packaged well, ensuring it arrived in good condition.Cons:There was a noticeable scrape on the surface upon arrival. The instructions could be clearer—for example, some steps indicate “x2” to build two of a component, while others show only one when multiple are actually required. This caused some initial confusion but was manageable overall. Additionally, the drawers only extend halfway, which limits access to the full interior space. Additionally the dresser comes with corner protectors unfortunately they don’t stick well.Took off a star for the scrape and another for the drawers only pulling out half way and bad adhesive on the corner protectors.

Drawers only open halfway
This dresser was extremely disappointing because only after it was built did I discover that the drawers only open halfway and is very inconvenient to use. When I contacted the company for support, they wouldn’t issue a refund or provide any solutions to returning it. After messaging them, they claimed that this was a “safety” feature. However, I know many dressers that can have their drawers pulled out safely without it being ridiculously unable to come out more than halfway. It really just seems like a design flaw. I put some items in to test it out and I literally can’t see the back items at all unless I pull out everything in the front. This is pretty upsetting because this supposedly “safety feature” wasn’t written anywhere on the Amazon listing of the product. I told them that now that it’s put together, in order for me to return it, I’d have to take it apart piece by piece and somehow “Tetris” it all back into the box to return it. Which will be extremely difficult because the pieces came perfectly tightly placed in the box. This isn’t an ideal solution for either one of us. So I asked them if they have any solutions, and how other customers typically return this product after building it. The dresser took me a whole day to build, and had I known that the drawers only open halfway, then I wouldn’t have bought it in the first place. I figured they could at least provide me with some information on how the pieces arrived initially so I know how to fit it all back into the box. Unless they expected me to memorize it when I first opened it and as I was building it!? But after I inquired about how to best return the product, they ended the chat and didn’t message me back. So now I have to reach back out to them and hope I don’t get “ghosted” by this company again when all I’m trying to do is return it. I would say don’t bother buying this dresser for its poor design and difficulty to use. And originally, I would have just left it at that. But after speaking with the company’s representative, I’d say don’t buy anything from their company at all.
