Cute and entretaining
This soft book has been a fun little activity for my baby. She likes lifting the flaps and feeling the different textures. It’s simple, but it keeps her engaged, especially during quiet time or on the go.It’s also soft and lightweight, so I can toss it in the diaper bag easily. A nice little sensory toy for babies who are just starting to explore books.

Great First Flap Book for Curious Little Hands
This soft peekaboo book is a big hit with my 9-month-old! She’s not quite lifting the flaps on her own yet, but she loves crunching them in her hands and exploring the textures. It’s just the right size for her to hold, and I love that it’s soft and safe—even when it ends up in her mouth.The illustrations are simple and sweet, which makes it perfect for short attention spans. Great product
I love this Melissa & Doug Soft Activity Baby Book. It’s just as pictured. It’s fun, colorful, interactive, and very soft. I love that it’s machine-washable, which is huge when you have a teething baby, and fun for babies as young as 3 months. I would definitely recommend this toy.

Great sensory engaging soft book
Really cute book for my 8 month old. We purchased it a few months back. What she loves and what I love about it are definitely different. I love it because its soft, all of the colors, all of the different fabrics, the different animals, the three different “scenes.” She loves it because she can grab it and shake it. I try to get her interested in the “peek-a-boo” part by lifting up the flaps to reveal an animal, but she doesn’t really care so much about that yet. Maybe she will in the future. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because some of the pictures are harder to see. For example, in the jungle, the background is mostly green, but the picture under the flap is a green snake which isn’t all that easily noticeable for her (also a green frog). I think they could have been more creative in that regard. **oh, and this just may have been us, but we didn’t realize for a couple of weeks that the hot air balloon on the front is a squeak toy.

I’ve bought at least 4 or 5 of these for children in my church or friend’s grandchildren! They are soft and colorful, with objects that are easily recognizable and fun! Highly recommend and would buy it again!

Perfect first book
I love this book is easy to wash in the washing machine and let air dry because my four month old baby likes to look at it during tummy time and drools on it. The crinkle sound of the pages is her favorite sound right now and I can see she’ll easily love this book for the next year or two. Great buy!

Great soft book, keeps baby engaged
Great soft book!!. I was looking for one to see how interested my daughter would be, and I am glad I purchased this one. Great quality and I appreciate the protective case as well. Highly recommend! (Definitely prefer it to the other peekaboo by melissa && doug).My daughter is only 3mo, but she is starting to reach out for things and hold on to them. We “read” this book daily during tummy time, and she seems to have really started to enjoy grabbing and feeling different parts of the book. I think this book will be get better for her as she gets older as well.I say “read” because there’s no real story here. Just a soft baby book. I make up the stories while she feels and touches different parts. I guess I was expecting a small story of some kind, so thought I’d share in case others are wondering about this.
