    Glad I just did it!
I was hesitant to purchase this because of the reviews about it being “so hard to wrap” and an overwhelming amount of fabric, etc. However, after using this for about the last 2-3 months, I AM SO GLAD I BOUGHT THIS, OH MY GOD! What a life saver. Baby Bjorn has bad reviews due to hip dysplasia, caused by forcing the legs down, so I was on the hunt for something that I knew would be comfy and safe for her.. Here are my general tips in response to other reviews:YES – you will need to learn how to wrap it. Seriously, it’s not that complicated. There are videos out there if you can’t do the page-by-page instructions. You only need to really learn one way of tying it, don’t overcomplicate the situation. You are a human being, it is a piece of fabric. Hopefully, you win out in the brains dept.GIVE IT SOME TIME – You have to learn the right tightness for this to work properly. After talking to friends, we decided that you almost always have to go a little tighter than you think is actually right, and that is the perfect amount. I know how many extra wraps around the waist and roughly where the tie should be to get the perfect fit, you will learn this after a week of two of using it.YOU WILL GET FASTER – I can’t believe I have to say this, but dude… Don’t wait until your baby is crying to attempt some new wrap carrier. After you get the hang of it, you can put it on in less than 30 seconds. The first couple times will take a few minutes. Don’t stress yourself out by waiting until you have a screaming infant to “practice” this.My baby will sleep in this almost instantly when she is tired, it’s like a swaddle and a carrier. When used properly, she feels very secure. We fold laundry, do dishes, take short walks, etc. It’s not too feminine that the hubby also wears it. I wear this about 3-4 hours a day with a 5 month old and it doesn’t kill my back.I also own the Ergo (which does not cause hip issues), which I prefer for running to the store, hiking, really long treks across town, etc. because it has a pocket and is easier to get her in and out of. I had the Ergo first and loved it with the insert, but when she was 2-3 months old she started hating it – she wasn’t big enough to go without the insert but too big for the insert. Now she likes it again, so I found owning both of these to be the perfect combination. I see myself using the Ergo more and more as she gets larger, but the Moby was superior for the early months. I wish I had bought it while I was pregnant.I found taking her out without waking her up to be the biggest challenge. I don’t follow the directions, instead I support her while I gently unwrap the Moby from the both of us. Pulling her straight out always wakes my girl up.There you go, hope that helps!

    Moby VS Ktan
This review reflects my own unbiased opinion and experience with the Moby VS the Baby K’Tan. I purchased both with my own money.Moby:Pros:-Instantly makes a crying baby go to sleep. Baby was very, very cozy in there.-Two side panels of newborn “hug” position allows to secure baby’s head quite well against your chest. Better then the K’Tan can.-Because of the design and how you wrap it, baby ends up being very, very snug in there. Very well supported.-Very comfortable.Cons:-Suuuuuper long fabric does not make this a travel friendly wrap. If I wanted to take the baby to the store, I’d have to put the wrap on before leaving the house, then put baby in it once in the parking lot. The fabric is simply too long to don it in the parking lot.-Multiple fabric panels results in a very warm environment. I found baby had to be in a short sleeved onesie to maintain normal temp. This is in February, in Washington State, where it is chilly outside.-The long fabric design is also cumbersome when you want to put it on quickly at home (to soothe a screaming baby for example)Ultimately, I ended up purchasing a Baby K’Tan because i wanted something quicker and simpler to take on and off, and that was “put on in the parking lot” friendly. The K’Tan also makes my infant fall asleep very quickly. It is very easy to put on in under a minute but it is not as comfortable as my moby. Her head is not as well supported so I tend to have to keep one hand on her head if I am active while wearing it. I like that the K’Tan comes in Active and Breeze, which incorporates a mesh fabric that makes the whole thing a lot cooler to wear.Bottom line:Both are greatBoth put infant to sleep in very snug environmentMoby is more comfortable and I feel a bit more secure for baby, but a bigger pain to put on and not travel friendlyK’Tan is slightly less comfy, slightly less stable then the moby but compensates for that by being super convenient to put on and off.I will probably keep both, although I find myself using my K’Tan more.

This wrap was easy to use, comfortable, and soft. I did not use the wrap as much as I thought I would, but I would recommend it to all parents, as it was very nice to have, especially during cooking and cleaning moments when baby is tiny and you need to get things done but they want to be held. When used properly, babies are completely safe and secure in the wrap.

Ha llegado manchada, tanto la caja del producto como la tela, cosa que con el precio que tiene no me parece aceptable. Por lo demás la calidad de la tela parece buena.

We have been using this since our girl was born. It’s way better than using a stroller when going outside as we can keep our girl closely snuggled. It’s also quite convenient to use, just need to give it a couples of trials to get used to putting the wrap on. Our girl falls asleep in it most of the times. My husband is a big man and it also works well with him as the wrap getting stretchier over time. However, it can get too warm for a baby in the wrap outside in hot weather, so it might be a good idea not to overdress the baby if planning to use the wrap outside in a hot climate.
