A must have for postpartum. These chill well, have great coverage and can be used long term. The covers are soft and didn’t stick to my skin. They definitely reduced pain and swelling. Overall these are very straightforward and work well so I would recommend

Handy, narrow ice packs with covers for post partum or anything that ails you.
These are handy little cold packs. I work as a postpartum nurse and we use disposable ice packs in postpartum that are quite a bit wider. These seem like they would be much more comfortable once home because of their size. The only thing is having to wash the covers, and maybe figuring out what to use to cover the ice pack while the cover is in the wash. Childbirth and post partum healing can be messy, painful business, these ice packs would be amazing for any new mom. Besides that, they’re just handy ice packs for anything you need them for!

These little hot/cold packs have become part of my daily comfort routine. I use them cold for sensitive areas that need gentle relief, and warm for muscle tension, cramps, and general aches. These are amazing for many uses!
These postpartum cold packs were such a relief after giving birth. The cooling effect is instant and really helps with swelling, soreness, and overall comfort down there. I love that they come with two washable sleeves, which are super soft and make them much more comfortable to use.They’re easy to clean, freeze quickly, and stay cold for a good amount of time. I even used them for hemorrhoid pain relief, and they worked great for that too. The purple color is a nice touch and makes them feel a little less “medical.”If you’re preparing for postpartum recovery or know someone who’s expecting, this set is absolutely worth having on hand. It made those first few days and weeks so much more manageable.It has also been used for my kids when they fell off their bikes or while skating. I’ve used it both cold and hot for headaches and backaches and many other reasons.

Freeze well, last 30-40 mins, no odor
These are great! I initially bought them as a gift but ended up not giving them, so I’ve been using them as a regular ice pack. I frequently have back pain that is soothed by ice packs, and these works really well for that because of the size and shape. They freeze quickly, and have a nice material pouch so the cold isn’t touching you too long. They lasted about 30-40 minutes out of the freezer before getting soft again. These would really be good for any body part I think, perfect if you have an arm or leg injury and wanted to wrap this around it. No manufacturing odor on these.

Versatile hot-and-cold therapy!
These hot-and-cold packs are pretty nifty items, and I’m excited to have them in my self-care inventory. They’re marketed for postpartum moms for perineal relief, but I can see them being useful in a variety of ways, from shoulder pains to period cramps and more.The size and shape of these packs make them very versatile, and it’s just a plus that they come with a protective cover to prevent skin damage from contact with hot or cold temperatures. I also LOVED that each pack had simple microwave or freezing instructions printed right on the pack so you know exactly how to use it.One recommendation for improvement: if this product is specifically for perineal relief, I’d prefer it to be shaped a little more like a period pad for a better fit. But, as it is now, it’s not problematic.I recommend these packs for hot and cold relief in a variety of situations!

Amazingly sized and stay cool long
These are the perfect size for everything. Fit in lunchboxes, fit anywhere in the freezer, and so good for wrapping around target areas.Definitely recommend!

These work well. They are cooling and provide relief. I like that they come with sleeves so that they can be cleaned. I like that it’s a two pack. They’re soft and are bendable. They seem like a nice quality and seem durable.
