I know that these are post partum sanitary napkins but my periods have been super heavy and I needed additional protection. These work great. They are thin so I was worried they are not going to work but let me tell you – nothing slipped through. No more ruined underwear. No more taking showers at 3:00 am because my sanitary napkin failed me. Be warned that these are pretty long. You will be covered from crack to crack and nothing will escape. The strength of the adhesive is strong and it sit firmly in your underwear. It is super absorbent and my skin didn’t get irritated. I am a forever customer! … until death or menopause. Which ever comes first.!

BEST PAD EVER!!
I’ve used so many different kinds of pads & spent all kinds of money on name brand pads just to be disappointed because they weren’t long enough & the constant leaking at least once per cycle making me feel insecure never wanting to go out during that time of month. Both my daughter’s have the same issue until i stumbled upon these. They are the best pad I’ve ever found & i wish i would have found them in my younger years. My girls absolutely love them as well because they are long enough BUT also thin & not big & bulky like most allowing you to feel comfortable & secure that your not gonna leak. They are postpartum so that in it’s self shows how much they hold. They bsolutely can handle heavy & overnight flows. All around these cotton pads are by far the best I’ve found yet!!

Nice and comfy pads
These are longer than any size 5 pads I’ve seen yet comfortably thin, I’d say these thin pads will hold as much as any size 5 maxi pad. They are genuinely very comfortable and work well for a very heavy flow.

Quality Pads on the Larger/Longer Side that provide Full Coverage
These pads appear of quality but are on the larger and longer side. My wife said they are most effective and practical in the days following birth but become annoying and overly cumbersome if one is mostly recovered. These pads are akin to the pads that hospitals give you while recovering on-site. We ordered this pad set in a pinch for next-day delivery about 1.5 weeks following delivery. Although they did the job, the larger size of the individual pads annoyed my wife. She quickly switched to a smaller pad once we were able to hit a store. Thankfully, her sister is due to give birth in the coming months, so we’ll give these to her.

I really love these Pads, BUT their on the THIN SIDE!!
I tired these Comfy Maternity Pads this month, but I’m not in no Postpartum Faze in life at this moment. When I first put the pad on its was like I was wearing a thin diaper, because the pad goes from the front to way back their up my booty, which I don’t like. I did notice how so soft this Pads were and these Pads kept me dry, besides me messing up two pair of leggins. I notice these Pads doesn’t hold the gushes in like the Equate Extra Heavy Overnight Pads or the Amazon Extra Heavy Overnight Pads, Family Dollar/Dollar General Brands Extra Heavy Overnight Pads, and of course those are long and large, but I have an extremely heavy flow. So I’m scared to go out in public with these Comfy Pads in public, because when I was at work I checked the pad every 1-2 hours. So I would recommend where these Pads on your lesser Heavy days. I do love that these is all cotton pads, no chemicals in the pads, their Extra soft, no fragrance, no dyes, no parables, no odor neutralizer added in the pads, no baking soda added, no deodorant added, these pads are great for sensitive skin, especially if your allergic to stuff I just named, like I can’t do fragrance, dyes, odor neutralizer that they put in Stayfree Pads, and Carefree Pantiliners all have odor blocker to and I don’t know why so many companies that make feminie products add all of this unnatural stuff to possibly good pads. Always Brand add dyes & uncessary chemicals to their pad. SO I can’t wear stuff like that I’ll be in the doctor office with a bladder infection/U.T.I. So I wouldn’t recommend these pads brands, I just minch above. I will say this, the Comfy Maternity Pads are way cheaper and thicker than majoroty of the Organic Cotton Pads. I will purchase these Comfy Maternity Pads again soon!!! I noticed these Comfy Maternity Pads are softer than majority of the organic cotton brands. So, ladies just give them a try, definitely worth it!!!!!!!!!

Can Hold Heavvvvvy Crime Scene Blood type Period Flow
I’m 5 Feet 4 inches tall and weigh 155 pounds. These Pads have honestly been the only Maxipads that can hold my HEAVY FLOW, and I mean Crime scene blood HEAVVVVVVY. Could there be improvements, Yes but in comparison to the Other Overnight Big Brand Store bought Maxipads These are the most impressive!! The length is ideal and the side barriers (usually) helps prevent leakage. Have I experienced Leakage from time to time; Yes, but I would still choose these ,over any other pad brand. For added protection it’s best to place these Postpartum Pads inside a Reusable/Washable Period Panty. Now I will say, Sometimes the adhesive works a little too strongly so you have to remove the pad slowly, because the pad can wind up separating resulting in the blood stained cotton being exposed. Again, would I buy these Pads Again….??? YES!!!The next step after these Pads are Disposable Panties, which are not the most comfortable to change in public. I hope this review was helpful! 🙂

Was not a big fan compared to Frida or hospital pads after giving birth. They are sooo long? But not that wide. Very thin. Found myself changing often due to discomfort.

This product is crucial for post partum care. Whether you do a vaginal or cesearan…this product is a must for your post partum care. Very absorbent so you feel clean, and while thick you won’t feel like you are wearing anything bulky. I wore mine in leggings amd you couldn’t even tell.
