Well made, easy to assemble, great price
The chair is well made and for the price great. Easy to assemble. The instructions are clear and step by step instructions are clear and precise. The parts are well packaged and spares are supplied. I just assembled it and I’m sitting in it for the first time as I write the review. The chair is comfortable and solid, even at full height. I needed a new chair to share between my desk and my drawing board. Didn’t want to spend a lot and my $250 chair is worn out. Now we’ll see how long it lasts. If I get a year or two out of it I’ll still be happy, since it’s a third of the cost.

Clear assembly instructions and back support
I am so impressed with the clear assembly instructions. Also, the pieces were all labeled clearly. There are also pictures. It’s sturdy and comfortable.

Good stool
It was easy to assemble because the instructions are the clearest & most complete of anything I’ve put together. There were extras of each screw & bolt, which was good since one was missing. This handy 2-way allen wrench was included, which facilitated assemble nicely. The foot ring is fully adjustable. The seat goes down to 24”, but I wish it went 1” lower for my uses. Very good, sturdy & comfortable.

Very pleased. Nice chair!
The only thing keeping this from 5 star is the fact that it does not lean back at all. Not looking to recline but it would be nice if it at least had a spring back. I looked through the reviews and videos here and nothing was misleading. The chair is great and the adjustability is too. You can choose how high or low you want the footrest depending on your usual seating height. I use mine at a bar top height but it would easily go down to desk size.

Options are very limited
So sad when I was putting this together last night. Its super easy to put together with easy to follow instructions and this was the third chair I have bought from this company. I choose to buy another chair from them because I love the other two that I have. However once I got it together and tried it out I realized it does not have the same features as the other chairs. This high stool chair only goes up and down you can not tilt it or do anything else. It actually isn’t even comfortable because it has a slight forward tilt to the cushion so you can’t even feel the back support. its looks like the quality is good but I am disappointed it does not have an option to tilt backwards. I tried taking the adjusting part off the other chair but it seems to be one part and not two.

I’m A pretty picky person. It takes quite a lot to please me. This product has the best instructions I’ve ever gotten in my life, and I have assembled a lot of things. The instructions were super clear, almost unbelievably so. The parts were extremely well wrapped. Every single piece was individually protected. The the screws were separated, counted and. Packaged on a Blister Card. The card included a double ended hex wrench. This was the only tool needed for complete assembly. I bought two units. The first took me about 30 minutes to assemble, the second about 15 minutes. Very pleased with the product.

Okay if you’re on a budget, but it lost max height after 1 day
I purchased this because the height was listed up to 29.33″ since I have a sit/stand desk setup. It was that height on day one, but it quickly sunk to a max height of 28″ – so I now have a little backache and will need to add a pillow to the seat. I would return it, but I’ll need to keep using for a while until I can find another (at a higher price, apparently). BTW, I’m 140lbs, so well within the weight range. It was easy to set up and looks good aside from a thin area in the mesh on the backrest. Since I usually have a heating pad or throw on the chair I don’t notice the blemish and it hasn’t worsened in the past few days.

I love that the chair has wheels, so easy to get in and out of. Love the quality of the chair and the ergonomic design. Easy to put together. Would recommend to anyone to buy!
