These are very cute and lovely for children to use. The puzzles are vibrant and rich in color. Easy to put the pieces in because they all fit really well. Each puzzle type offers different challenges of the puzzles so the brain and hand and eyes are stimulated well. The thickness and sturdiness seem to be on par for what one would expect.

What I love about the wooden puzzles are that they have the little round handle, so it makes it easy for a child to pick these up and place them accordingly. This is an excellent set of six wooden puzzles, perfect for little ones as they start to explore real learning with shapes, letters and numbers, and also while just enjoying the themes and banging the pieces into place. :)These are well made, very smoothly sanded for safety, and there are no rough edges at all. The pieces are well sized for little hands and fingers. They are easy for a little one to grab onto and hold onto while they learn the intricacies of puzzle pieces; this is a terrific learning tool that is cleverly disguised as a toy – haha – which are the very best kinds of toys and the very best kind of learning tools.This set includes a nice bunch of puzzles with different themes; in addition to the numbers, letters, and shapes, there are three more that are really cute and feminine (princesses, mermaids, unicorns and such all in pinks and lilacs and such.)Very nice set, and would make a great gift as it combines learning with fun — and that’s the best combination ever. 🙂
