Lovely carrier in looks.
It looks fine and sturdy. However, zippers are all hard to work. My cat will not sit still for enough time for me attach the end . Never. She likes sitting in opened though. Believe I have to buy a hard carrier. The old one I have is soft sided and she claws at to mesh. Thought this would work better. The zipper situation makes it impossible.The handles are sturdy and the long strap is fine. If you have a cooperative cat, I would recommend it.

Beautiful bag but not airline complaint (purchased on tuft&paw website)
I purchased this carrier because the measurements online said it would fit the underseat air travel pet requirements. I checked the tuft&paw listed dimensions compared to the airline (United) dimensions before buying. This is misleading and the carrier absolutely does NOT fit. I found out the hard way when i was on the plane with my pet. Part of why I bought the bag is that it’s sturdy but this made it so it could not bend at all to go under the seat (I still tried, my poor cat was terrified). I had booked a higher cabin or I don’t think they would have permitted me to stay on the flight. Buyer beware – only use this for non air travel like vet appointments/car travel. It is a beautiful bag but they should be more clear in the description that this is NOT airline approved.
