The first one did not work, but the replacement was immediately sent out. My toddler absolutely loves this. She sings and dances all over the house with her Rock and Bop. She more into the music. Everything else is a reenforced review for what she already knows. But it’s great to have that constant educational reenforcement. I love VTech products!

Headphones volume didn’t work too well
We love that it has a lot of different songs and things to play on there however the headphones are a bit thin so theyvdont grip too well to my childs head and when you plug in the headphones it’s not very loud. You have to put it on max volume to be able to hear. But without the headphones it’s pretty loud.
