Product description

Enhance the Efficacy of Pediatric Patient Care
Taking frequent temperature readings without waking a sleeping child enables health care providers to offer better patient care. Worn under the arm, TraxIt provides continuous readings for up to 48 hours, requiring nothing more than a gentle arm movement to take a reading.
Peer-Reviewed Studies and Clinical Guidelines underscore the importance of disposable, single use devices for infection control.
“Critically ill children in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) are exposed to multiple physical, environmental and pharmacologic factors [that] increase the propensity for sleep disruption and loss and may, in turn, play a role in short-term recovery from critical illness.”

Accurate and SO easy to use!!
This product is brilliant. I am a parent of two kids, and we have multiple thermometers and none of them are ever accurate. I love that I can count on TraxIt for an accurate temp. And I love love love, how stupid easy it is to use. I love that it’s a full 2 days of monitoring! I love that I don’t have to deal with batteries. It’s also so much easier to pack on a trip than a traditional thermometer. This is a great tool to keep in your medicine cabinet as a parent.

Brilliant for kids
These are amazing for little ones! During cold and flu season, my household always ends up passing something around, and these disposable TraxIt thermometers have been a total game-changer. You just stick one under your child’s arm and it continuously monitors their temperature so you don’t need to wake them up or deal with a squirmy kid. I love that each one is single-use and hygienic, so no germs get passed around. Gives me peace of mind when my kids are sick. Highly recommend!

Don’t work
Save your money these don’t work.

Just get the thermometer
Got these for my mid teen daughter for after her tonsillectomy to keep tabs on her temperature. They stuck on well but not on the forehead and it was pretty inconvenient to check her armpits without a bigger disruption than it would be just to get the temporal scanner. Sticker is the size larger than a quarter but smaller than a silver dollar so it would be huge for a little baby or infant.

Will Buy Again!
A great way to get your little one’s temp without the fuss. Would recommend this to any mama bears (and papas) out there for their little squish.

Great First Aid Travel Kit Item
We bought these to keep in our first aid travel kit, to bring on trips and vacations. They fit perfect in our compact first aid kit. Traxit worked great on our son when he started feeling sick, while we were on a beach vacation. We just put the sticker under the arm and could easily monitor temperature right off the Traxit. I found the idea brilliant and was satisfied with the results.

Smart Children’s Axillary Thermometer, really easy to use temperature strips for taking temperature of babies and small children. They change colour when they reach normal temperature so easy to read and monitor the child’s temperature.Safe and accurate, handy to keep in the medicine cabinet or first aid kit. Good value for money for the twelve pack.

Firstly these stickers are quite stiff plastic so the sides are a bit pointy. I didn’t read the description and didn’t realise they need to go under the arm to take a reading. Regardless when you have a poorly baby or child its hard enough using a traditional thermometer let alone using an uncomfortable sticker that you need to leave for three minutes. This is the next thing I disliked – how long it takes to take a reading when with modern thermometers its seconds. Thirdly this sticky is quite sticky especially after a few minutes. In my experience when you’re unwell often skin can feel more sensitive. So peeling this sticker off an upset unwell baby just makes for a more unhappy baby. Lastly the gimmicky dot indicator to read the temperature is very confusing. I don’t recommend this product. For a similar price I can get a generic thermometer that reads forehead temperature.

This is a pack of twelve children’s axillary disposable thermometers.I stuck one on myself and then also took my temperature on a reliable thermometer an hour later. My temp on these was 0.5 degree lower than the oral test. I think they’re usually different readings anyway. This one shows the reading as the last black dot which is displayed. The a dad heave in this is strong and a day later it’s still stuck well. It’s a good thermometer to use even for a ballpark figure when a child is sick or sleeping.
