Good item, lots of parts leaning towards 4 stars
I had a split board you could tell had been that way, I was able to glue it together and the company did give support within 24hrs over Amazon. I wish they had a direct email as the Amazon message in app is clunky, doesn’t notify, or show in all messages section.I assembled inside. Just not attaching roof posts tight just to make sure holes lined up, they can be taken off to move. The roof is tough to do not attached as it lacks strength at the corners. I wish I just added 4 screws here. The rest seems solid, and I’m glad I got it.If you update documentation I would put part names in quotes as they read as instructions. For example in the beginning it says the name with screws, which reads as attach with screws. I still don’t know why there are screws in the ends of the boards that make up the outside of the box. The last part seemed most difficult with the top trying to stretch out for rain and the wood blocks to support the back seat posts took a few attempts. If they were triangular to meet the post shape at an angle it would work much better.It is cedar smelling which I wasn’t going for due to deforestation of cedar. I found the nice hinges separate from the ones put on some of the parts already l, they were hidden at first behind around 100 screws and parts. I’m giving myself one hour to assemble. The little hinges just keep the seat in place. Assembly took over two hours by myself taking my time inside.

Favorite sandbox!
We’ve had a couple of sandboxes that just never held up. This one does! Assembly took a little while, but instructions were clear and simple. Very good quality wood and good quality roof. It’s held up in some horrible weather. The seats are such a good addition to a sandbox. And I love that the seats fold down into a cover. My kids absolutely love it!

Good Sandbox
My two little ones really enjoy this sandbox. It is very appealing to look at in our backyard, and I love the feature that allows it to be covered up in case of rain. I do want to note it is somewhat smaller than I expected, and unfortunately, not very durable. My one year old accidentally broke one of the foldable seats trying to open it to sit down, and the top roof part also has a cracked piece after only a couple of months. A little pricey for the quality

Nice sandbox for young kids!
I bought this to use at my home for our two grand-daughters who are 3 1/2 and 2. It went together very easily. It is not heavy duty but it isn’t flimsy either. The benches fold in to close it up which is very nice. It is the perfect size for the girls right now. By the time they are 5 or 6 you will have to remove the awning cover as it will be too low. I am very happy with it.

Kiddos absolutely sandbox. It was very easy to set up and it is great quality.! We are so happy with this purchase. The build quality is great and durable. The shade is perfect so they don’t get too hot while they are playing, and it keeps the sand where it belongs.

Perfect sandbox!
My granddaughter has loved this sandbox all summer. She never tires of it! The seats are perfectly sized for her (18 months old) and my 3-year-old grandson, but they fold down easily to protect the sand from cats or anything else. The sun shield is also super helpful

Would buy again overall
Bought as a birthday present for 2 yr old, hes almost 3 now and its held up well. Its the perfect size, holds alot of sand, and was easy to set up. I gave it 3 stars because the wood is cheap and splits easily and after almost a yr its def looking rather worn. It also has no bottom just a black sheet thing so we bought wood planks and built and attached our own with wheels tht lock for easy movement. I do love tht it can be covered and has the extra canopy protection. Its def helped keep bugs out as we live in Louisiana and tht would be a huge issue otherwise. It was well worth the money but could def be better quality wood. And some screw ends stick out a smidge, my toddlers nvr even been scratched however its def worrisome and possible to some degree.

Buy another brand that’s made in USA
Poor build quality, horrible instructions. If it wasn’t so difficult to box up I’d return it. A friend purchased a sand box off Amazon and it was easy to assemble with easy to understand instructions and there wasn’t much assembly required. I thought I bought the same thing but unfortunately I got one that was different. The instructions say it should take 30-60 minutes to assemble, but I don’t believe that’s possible. I’ve got at least 2 hours of assembly time in it and I think I’m more handy than most that will attempt this. There are many listed and they look alike so do your homework and find the made in USA sandbox, I sure wish I had
