Great for baby proofing
This item is great for baby proofing! You don’t have to worry if baby pulls a cord out and it goes unnoticed because they will cover themselves. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because with the single center screw closure you can’t tighten it down all the way or else the outlet doesn’t spring closed, which leaves the plate wiggly and my husband wasn’t too fond of that.

I can comfortably run my air purifier in my toddlers room now. If she were to unplug it she’s still safe.

It will work BUT it does not self close like it says . I have to use my nail to push it back over , disappointing

Decorative not functional
Well … Seems to look ok. Not very secure, it wobbles. But I go to plug in something and it’s like the right side pushes it out. So the plug is not secure . Which results in the thing plugged in turning off 🤦♀️ I will be returning!!

Baby proofing made easy
I did initially struggle with installing these. If you find that you’re struggling to get them to work and it feels like the outlet is pushing plugs out after they are installed, try removing the cover and loosening the outlet itself a few screw turns. I found that this fixes the problem and allows the plug to sit securely in the outlet.
