I have diastasis recti and needed a band that will help with workouts at the gym. I tried this , and have to say that it works really well. Very comfortable, excellent compression, can’t tell I’m wearing it. It has a great amount of adjustment to fit your needs. Held things together, so no worries working out. Highly recommend it.

Definitely must have for after abdominal surgeries!
This has been fantastic! I actually purchased for a friend who had been involved in an incident that caused him to have his abdomen opened and have multiple surgeries on it. For some reason the hospital didn’t provide him with a belly band and it was causing him a lot of pain while his organs were trying to push out of the stitched together muscles and healing incorrectly. So I bought this for him to use.Since received the pain he was experiencing is much better then it was. This is giving his abdominal wall the support and time it needs to be able to fully heal and correctly. It’s super simple to put on and wear and it can be easily done yourself without any help. It’s comfortable enough that he has been just letting it a tad looser and sleeping in it also for the time being while healing. It’s made a monumental difference in his healing and pain levels since purchasing. It stretches well making it comfortable, even to sleep in. It is not too thick and the Velcro adjustment makes it easy to attach and can even allow him to adjust it as he can eat now and gain back some of the weight lost in the hospital. All in all it’s a great buy.

Light to medium support
This back brace goes on easily and works well. The design gives 2 levels to cinch in and help stabilize. It is a medium strength compression. It doesnt have as much boning down the back and sides so it is more comfortable than some.i have tried. . I feel like the elastic is smooth and not itchy. I wear it directly against my skin. I like that the hook and loop closure is very tight and secure. This brace will not slip. I got it for my back as well as to help with diastasis of recti, which is an abdominal muscle issue. I’d recommend this item.

Comfortable and easy to use
Wow, great binder. Comfortable and easy to use. I had abdominal surgery on my right flank back in 1985 and have hernia from surgical area. This binder helps support that area and releaves pain. Great product. Will by again as needed in future.

Comfortable and well ventilated
I purchased this abdominal binder after having surgery and to help with the pain. It stretches to fit me well and the Velcro holds strong all day. I can easily put in on by myself. I like that it is well ventilated because it’s hot where I live. It also is thin so it doesn’t show under my clothing. It is very effective by compressing my abdomen and feels soft and comfortable for all day wear.

Far Superior to Anything Else I’ve Tried
I’ve tried several so-called “compression” shirts and a handful of abdominal binders in preparation for an upcoming procedure, and I ended up returning every single one—until I found this. The MAMODY Abdominal Binder is in a league of its own. The quality is excellent, the fit is secure without being overly tight, and it actually provides the support and compression it promises. Unlike others I tried, this one stays in place, doesn’t bunch up, and feels comfortable enough for extended wear. It compresses and holds everything in place and is well worth the money. This is hands-down my product of choice going forward. If you’re looking for reliable abdominal support, skip the trial-and-error—I wish I had found this one first.

The best binder on the market!
This was the perfect binder for my husband’s recovery. It offers the perfect compression to avoid pain and offer relief. The binder itself is well made and very durable. This is by far the best binder we’ve purchased as it has two different straps that offer even more support than others on the market. The design was well thought out. It fit exactly as expected and it’s not too thick under his shirts. This is the best binder you can find!

Well, started off okay. Shorter than the one I left the hospital with after hernia surgery which opened up some mobility, not the softest material but supportive enough. I started feeling little pricks resembling fiberglass insulation, yesterday I noticed there were actual rigid fabric pieces from the binder poking through my t-shirt! There’s two spots on the outer band when the stitching has become frayed and abrasive. Thankfully I only have a couple days left of wearing a binder, won’t be putting this one on again.
