What to Expect if your Expecting
Nope I’m not expecting or expecting to get pregnant. However a friend told me prenatal would help in this hormonal black hole called peri-menopause. I’ve been taking these and they are great. Great taste and No after taste, easy to swallow! And they helped my hair stop falling out. Great product-If I was expecting, I expect (see what I did there) this would be the one I would buy.

Change in pill size?!
It appears Actif changed the pill size and I am NOT a fan. I have trouble swallowing pills and it was one reason I liked this brand so much. The left pill is the original size and the right pill is what came in my new bottle. This was not noted on the listing ad either. Amazon or Actif should update description so consumers are aware when they order and aren’t shocked when they open their bottle like I was.

Pill size changed
They changed the pill size, which is why I was purchasing these in the first place. The pill is much bigger now.

Natural vitamins are better than synthetic because they come from foods. This multivitamin is more than complete, it is very thoughtfully formulated, just check out the ingredients! For example, this has 800mcg of methylated folate (the form your body does not need to convert, it’s already in usable form) and this is twice the amount needed to prevent neural tube defects that can occur in pregnancy LONG before women know they are pregnant. In my opinion, I think this is a great vitamin for all women but especially all women of child-bearing ages. These are made in the USA at a GMP facility and represent the best level of quality you can get in vitamins; the price reflects the quality!
