Great support
I’m 5’7″, 350lbs, long torso, wide hips. This has made moving around so much more comfortable. I’ve been dealing with pelvic pain and needed belly support. Works as advertised. Velcro is super strong. I find the band to be a little scratchy on my skin. I wear it over my clothing for a buffer. Highly recommend.

And peace of mind!! 5’8, 350lbs, previous back surgery, chronic back pain and trying to ward off surgery numero two.These are the facts people.With physical therapy, an obvious need for intake caloric & nutritional change, and tools like this- I have been able to engage in more physical activity while not compromising my form. If you’ve been in PT before, you know that proper form is the key to protecting your back, retraining your muscle groups for core support, and preventing further deterioration of your discs. This size, if you can believe it is ALMOST too big for me. I would have been fine with a 4x. But I want the extra lap around my torso for added protection/ stiff reminder to not mess around.The velcro is incredibly strong and durable. I’ve never had any issues with it.Look out for:The stretch- it begins to slide up after a couple of uses. Fix: give the band time to “destretch” and get back to its original shape. Listen, I stretch this thing around me about 4 times. Not too tight but just enough snug. Then I go around moving all day, adding pressure to all that stretch. It’s a lot. So I make sure to hand wash it in cold water (I sweat. A lot. ) and let it air dry for 24 hrs. This always seems to spring it back to all the resistance it gave when it arrived. In addition, I have a fabric stiffener. I haven’t used it on This itemIt’s white, so it can get dirty quickly. Which is why recommend washing it after use.The way I use this item is in conjunction with two other items that make my life possible and enjoyable. I essentially rotate use like this:Monday- this item.Tuesday- TensWednesday- aleve ireleaveThursday- this itemFriday- PT daySaturday- restart cycleThis works best for me because I couple it with other tools to help me be more functional.

Great Support & Comfort – A Lifesaver for Long Days!
This belly band has been a game changer for managing my hernia. It provides the right amount of compression to keep everything in place, so after a long day on my feet, I’m not dealing with nearly as much pain in my stomach region.The material is comfortable, durable, and stretches well, making it easy to wear for extended periods. The Velcro holds securely, so I never have to worry about it slipping or loosening throughout the day. It provides firm support without feeling too restrictive, which is exactly what I was looking for.If you need a reliable hernia support belt, I highly recommend this one. It’s made a huge difference in my daily comfort, and I wouldn’t want to go without it!

Effective Support, But Could Be More Comfortable
This binder provides great compression and support for abdominal issues like diastasis recti and post-surgical recovery. The 2XL size fits comfortably, and the 9” width is just right for covering a good portion of the abdomen. It’s particularly helpful for postpartum recovery, and I found it effective in providing relief.However, while it does its job, it’s not the most comfortable to wear for extended periods. The material could be softer, and the edges sometimes feel a bit stiff, especially when sitting for long periods. It’s also a bit bulky under clothing, which makes it less discreet for everyday wear.Overall, it’s a solid product for medical support but could use some improvements in comfort and wearability.

Too short & material is thin/un-padded
I had surgery with 6 laproscopic incisions around my abdomen. Being a tall women, I wanted my binder to cover a little wider than the 9″ binder the hospital gave me, as not all of my incisions are covered. While this isn’t the primary reason for the binder, the locations of the higher incisions made them easier to rub against the top of the binder. For that reason, I researched 10+ inch abdominal binders.I used the size guide in the description a purchased a 2XL. My widest measurement was in the center of the range so I was not caught between sizes. The first thing I noticed when opening the package was how thin and un-padded the binder was. My hospital one had a slightly padded panel along the front section, over the incisions. This one was uniform throughout. The material was thin and not smooth. I had a feeling it would be itchy after a short time. But I didn’t get to find that our because it was about 2 inches too short and would not fasten. Again, my measurements were in the mid point of the 2XL size range, so this was very surprising to me.I will be returning this and not replacing it with a larger size due to the material.

As mentioned before, it does roll a bit but it gave me very good support after a gallbladder surgery. I’m so glad it came in plus size. I am size 26 in shirts and it fit me beautifully.

I love how wide this brace is. I have lower back problems & a lot of excess skin around my middle from massive weight loss. The relief I felt the moment I put this brace on was so great I almost cried. I’ve spent quite a lot of money on other braces that just weren’t wide/long enough to give me the support I need.
