Nice crib and easily converts to other options
We have 2 of these cribs, they are very sturdy, i am 255lbs and have climbed in with my kid to test out the strength of it. We have now converted one to a bed and it has been working great. They Look good too

    Good Customer Service/Beautiful Product
The assembly was fairly easy, with easy to follow instructions. It looks beautiful! The tools provided made it pretty much effortless, it is a two person job though. I must applaud the manufacturer for their customer support once we did run into a snag. Two of the pieces had slight damage when they arrived and we didn’t notice until we got it all the way put together. The two main front pieces had cracks in the wood. I called the manufacturer number provided with the crib, they took my information, and assured me that the replacement pieces would arrive the following Monday. Easy breezy! Not to mention that Amazon had the best price for this exact crib that was offered through other vendors!

    Instructions are tough to follow
It’s exactly how it was pictured. The instructions were very difficult to follow though. It took longer than expected due to the confusion.

This is a beautiful crib and I just love the way it looks
This is a beautiful crib and I just love the way it looks. Easy to put together and sturdy. When I bought it orginally there was an issue with a part but I phoned the company direct and they were just amazing and without hesitation sent out the part to be replaced. So all in all great crib, I felt it was a great price and great customer service.

Conversion to Full size poorly crafted!
I purchased this crib in 2016 when my son was born. I wanted a piece that could convert from infantry to childhood. This seemed like a good pick based on reviews. The crib and toddler bed phases were great! It is a beautiful piece and moderately easy to assemble. However, I purchased the conversion kit to transition into a Full sized frame and am very disappointed. There are only three 2×4 wooden slats that go across the side rails. The three slats are in the middle of the frame. There are NO slats at the head or the foot of the frame. The manufacturer stated that any bunkie board or box spring is able to sit on these slats and a mattress on top of that. This is false. I purchased a bunkie board and because there is no slat support at the head and foot of the frame, if anyone sits in these two areas you sink. Also, the three slats bow with the bunkie board and mattress on top. They naturally bow even more when someone is laying on the bed. DO NOT waste money trying to buy the assembly for the Full size conversion. Just stick with the crib and toddler (or day bed) and buy a different bed when you want a Full size bed.

Great crib and the manufacture has amazing customer service!!
We love this crib!Several pieces of our crib were damaged during shipping. I called the manufacturer to see if they could be replace the damaged pieces and received the most amazing customer service. I called after they had closed for the day so I decided to leave a message. My cell dropped the call before I could leave leave my phone number but I gave my name, the model of crib, and said it was damaged. I had planned to call them back at lunch the next day but to my surprise they called me first thing in the morning. They were super nice and offered to replace the damaged pieces right away. They gave me a tracking number and shipped the replacement parts the next day.

Not the best quality wood, hard to assemble
Although it promises to be natural wood, the product stinks as if it has some chemical preservative and had to be aired out for several weeks before I could even breathe near it. By that time my son was starting to stand up in his bassinet which is dangerous. Then when I was putting it together, one of the panels cracked several inches diagonally after only the second turn of a screw. Everything is taking longer than expected. Child Craft answered when I called and is sending a replacement part but it takes 3 business days to ship out and then 5 days to arrive. Several of the panels seem to be low quality/cheap, while the headboard is a nice, solid piece of wood so it’s not the worst crib on the market but not the best either. I still want to know why it smelled so much when it was unpacked and hope it’s safe for baby. It smells okay now that it aired out for a few weeks.
