Good product and good customer service
I purchased this product to surprise my children with it for Christmas. There was a defective part within the package, and I contacted this Amazon seller. They were responsive and contacted the manufacturer for the replacement part, but it would not have gotten there on time so I returned this item. I appreciate their help in resolving the issue.Excluding the manufacturing defect, the play structure was relatively easy to assemble and sturdy once put together. The hardware was packaged separately in small bags and my only comment is that although the product comes with 1 Allen wrench, it has one piece of hardware that you need 2 Allen wrenches in order to hold both sides while it tightens. It is also very handy to use a powered screwdriver since there quite a few connections for assembly. At this point, I consider myself good at assembling children’s toys and this set took me about 30 minutes total to assemble.

Playful, easy to assemble
It’s a little bit bigger than I thought it was. It requires tools to assemble. I recommend to use an electric drill or electric screwdriver to do it. It is very strong and supportive. My 2-year-old son loves it once we had that assembled.

Great For Toddlers
I got this for our 2 year old son. Trying to find ways for him to stay active while its raining nonstop outside. This set is great. It took a lot longer to put together than we had anticipated. You will definitely need a sturdy drill to get the job done. They provide a alan wrench that also has a philips head on the other side, but there is absolutely no way you could get the job done with just that. I’d also recommend two people. One to assemble, one to hold the rods in place while assembling. They easily get bumped out of place, so assembling it solo is hard (doable, but difficult). I also think it is worth mentioning this set does NOT come with the arch pillow. I thought it did, and was disappointed when the shipment did not include the pillow. I thought i had seen from previous reviews that it was included but I guess I was mistaken. Overall, though, this is a very durable and sturdy set. It is also soft. I don’t feel like my son is going to get any splinters or anything from the slide or other pieces. Very happy with it and recommend.

Lots of fun. Awful to assemble.
My son absolutely loves this and it will grow with him for years. It’s very sturdy and versatile. But assembly is awful. Have a drill handy, but be careful not to strip the screws. Took well over an hour to put together.

Good for a kid who is a little tamer
My kid is wild. He loves to climb and has since he was 10 months. This little climber just isn’t big enough for him.Quality is good. It’s cute and all. It’s just not big enough for my kid.

For me this was a great purchase. This climbing toy made my life so much easier. I have 3 kids with the youngest being 18 months full of energy who never wants to sleep. After letting her use all her energy on this climbing toy I don’t need to cradle her in my arms for long hours just to put her to sleep. Aside from what it help me do, the product itself is very sturdy and colorful. There are no corners, the edges are smooth and very lightweight. Installation is pretty straightforward.

nice product, quite sturdy. I didnt like that the slide can easily move because it is not the same length as the rods. I bought a pool noodle for 5 bucks and cut it up on to differ rods as a spacer to keep it in place.

This is a very good toy. Comes in 3 sections after installation. I used this indoor during the winter when it was too cold to bring the kids out for some outdoor activities. They’ve actually loved it. They can climb on it and slide on it if you turn the board over. Nice kiddy colours, smooth edges, light weight and very sturdy. Installations was fairly simple but i used a drill for faster installation.

I was debating if it was too late to get this for my 3 and half years old but it turned out so well! Of course she did the classic slides and climbing. But she was so creative and turned it into a “hospital bed” and a “rocking bed”. (See pictures)We played so long with it. Easy enough to assemble. Power tools required for reasonable experience. Great quality. Very sturdy. Happy parents and happy kid.
