Q: How to prevent leakage and ensure optimal performance?

A: Inspect accessories for defects. Securely attach the flange and milk collector by pressing firmly for a tight seal. Maintain Proper Posture: Keep forward tilt ≤ 45° and backward tilt ≤ 65° to avoid spills and suction issues.

Q: Why is the suction power low?

A: 1. Ensure the silicone diaphragm and valve are installed and undamaged. Ensure sufficient battery and proper suction selection. Ensure the flange is pressed firmly against your breast

2. Check Motor: Disassemble the motor, and use your thumb to cover the motor suction port to test the suction. Switch the motors with the collection cups to identify the defective motor.

3. The breast pump accessories are made of silicone. Recommend replacing them every 1-3 months due to wear from repeated use. Since a mother’s nipple size changes, measuring and choosing the appropriate size is also important.

Q: How to configure personalized mode

A: After connecting the breast pump, enter the control page. We provide two modes of milk boost and milk relief recommended by the official. You can also customize the personalized mode: Enter the customized mode configuration page, you can add up to six different modes and frequencies, each section can be individually defined different parameters, select the corresponding paragraph for editing and experience, adjustments are complete, remember to save and set a name you like, then you can use the breast pump to run up.

  1. Morgan O.

    Life-changing
First, this is NOT sponsored or fake in anyway — genuine experience from a first time mom who’s been deeply struggling with depression rooted in pumping. My baby never learned to latch properly due to a lot of facial and full body tension, but I desperately wanted to give him breast milk due to the research behind it, so I started pumping. Unfortunately no one told me how much a stationary pump sucks — and how much more it sucks when you have to sit at it 8 times a day due to being an undersupplier. So that’s accumulatively like 5 hours a day dedicated to pumping. My baby is 6 weeks old now and I’d been at this the whole time, to no avail. My supply has struggled to increase. It did a little, but then dropped down again, and I believe part of that had to do with depression itself. The stationary pump literally felt like a ball and chain; my back was killing me from having to sit and lean forward with it all the time, and I couldn’t get a single thing done. My life became feed the baby, change the baby, pump, repeat. There was no time to play with my baby, no time to go to the toilet, to shower, to get myself food, to clean, to get enough sleep to exercise or even go outside. My house was getting messier and messier around me and all I could do was watch. My husband helped as much as he could, but he couldn’t keep up with cleaning everything on his own, he was already doing all of the laundry, cooking, dishes, shopping, working, as well as waking up at night to help with the baby. I was crying every day with anxiety about missing any pumps, because I was already making so little and I was sure I’d just dry up and stop altogether if I missed one. I couldn’t envision the future, keeping this up for 6+ months would’ve been torture. If this sounds like you, get a portable pump. Do it sooner than I did. Though to be fair, the reason I didn’t is because I was mismeasured by my LC and I didn’t think there were flanges in my size for most wearables. After reassessing, I realized I might actually need a 13mm, which is the smallest offbrand flange out there for this pump. It’s a pricey pump, but we bit the bullet and haven’t had a single regret. I can actually do things again, it feels like overnight I got my life back. For the pump itself: I do like it so far, it has a fairly low profile (or as much as you could hope for), you can sit comfortably while using it and move around, I can still feed my baby and change his diaper, I can clean, I even went for a walk with it. People say they have a hard time with it slipping around and falling out but I haven’t had that. What I will say is you NEED a very secure bra, you can’t use just anything. I’m using the Kindred Bravely bras I bought. You don’t need these, but you need something with a similar tightness that is going to be stretchy enough to allow for the pumps, but firm enough that it’s going to hold them on you and not budge. The app for this is okay; I like the auto feature for increasing milk supply. I don’t think I’ve seen too much increase, but I am at least seeing all of my normal levels, so I know it’s emptying me all the way.Negatives:The app is a little annoying and could use some work. I have yet to get my pumps to be perfectly synchronized while using them. I also find it really annoying that they don’t supply you with wall plugs??? You have to plug in two cords to charge each pump individually, but you have to provide your own wall plugs. For this price, I find that to be wrong. They should either provide you with two wall plugs, or invent their own with two input slots in it so that you can charge both pumps on one plug. And the other thing I find irritating is that the smallest flange insert they offer is 17mm. They are leaving out a HUGE part of the population, it’s not uncommon at all for people to need smaller flanges than this. I was fortunate to know to look for smaller flanges that are offbrand, but some people may not know about this and might try to use the ones supplied that are too big for them. Why give a nipple measuring tool that starts at 11mm if you’re not going to offer flanges for them? Anyway, the only other thing is that there’s a lot of parts to this to clean. I’ve been using the method of sticking them (minus the motor) in the fridge so that I have to clean them less often, because that in itself would be quite the task.Otherwise, I would give these a solid 4.6 out of 5. I am so happy I invested in them and I’ve gotten my life back overnight.Update: One other negative I’m noticing is that the markings on the collection cups aren’t accurate. I’ve been testing them against my baby bottles, which I know are accurate. It’s accurate at 30ml, so you can put two 30 ml quantities into my baby bottle and get 60. But when you pour the whole thing back into the collection cup, it doesn’t reach the 60ml marking, it’s more like 55. The factory has the lines perfectly spaced apart, which you can’t do because the collection cups are not one width, they’re small at the bottom and get wider. So that’s pretty frustrating when you’re an underproducer and carefully trying to measure how much milk you’re making and if you’re trending upward or downward.

This will cause you more grief and money than it’s worth.
I really wanted to love this. I’m a full time mom and wanted to make sure I had the best experience with being a working mom and nursing. I felt like I did my research to try to find the best pump for a reasonable price (even though $250 is not so reasonable) I hope this helps someone else not make the same mistake I did.I want to start with I read the bad reviews and thought “I will be careful and not break the flange” I promise you it is impossible to do so. I have the momcozy bottle washer, as well as, I would hand wash them and they still broke on me. However, my issue isn’t with that. My duckbill valves got a tear in them and resulted in poor suction. I went to go buy replacements and it was difficult. Their actual website doesn’t have them and it took me forever to find some from the momcozy store on Amazon. Before I could even find those I used the third party options that said they are compatible and they are not. I have terrible suction now- moral of the story is that I am terrified to go anywhere in case something breaks and I have to hope I can get a replacement asap.In case you’re looking at different brands (willows) keep in mind I have spent over $75 dollars just replacing things (Two flanges and duck valves) and that is only 3 months of use. Total I have spent over $300 on this product.

Broken within first month of use
Both of my pumps broke in the first month of use and replacing parts is not as fast as you would like.( not available on Amazon). I had to purchase a second pump in the meantime because the replacement parts come from china and take time. I like the app and the fact that the collection cups can be snapped off and used for milk storage but the shape also makes them difficult to put in a bottle washer. I still have not purchased a second replacement piece for the second pump i am instead considering purchasing a different better wearable pump. Pros: I like that it comes with a case and multiple collection cups. It also charges pretty quickly which is nice.Edit: came back to lower rating even more. The Falange piece that connects to the collection cups keeps breaking and the pump wont suction with the broken piece. I’ve purchased 3 replacements and have had to use all 3 they are about 30 bucks each. So I’ve spent an extra 90 dollars on replacement parts and to be honest I feel like this will continue to happen. Therefore I will be purchasing a new pump this is not worth the price if you constantly have to replace pieces for breaking. I also have to add that this isn’t even my primary pump so it’s breaking even with light use.

Después de 10 días se rompieron de ambos lados unos ganchos conectores, parece que estuviera hecho para romperse al desarmarlo, cosa que es necesario e incluso recomendado por la marca para esterilizarlo.
