Tiny Hands, Big Beats – A Baby Must-Have!
I purchased this musical instrument kit when my baby was around 3 months old and slowly introduced the pieces to him. By the time he turned 8 months, he was reaching for them and using them all on his own during independent playtime—he’s urhbsessed!! It’s seriously the cutest thing to watch him explore sound and rhythm. The instruments are perfectly sized for little hands and seem really well-made. I’d 100% recommend this to any parent—it’s a fun, engaging way to support sensory and motor development. Definitely something I’d tell all new moms to add to their registry!

Sounds good but use less plastic
Bought this for a 2yr old. Each little instrument actually sounds really good. It would be better if they weren’t individually wrapped in plastic.

The best musical instruments for little ones.
I love to promote music with my young grandchildren. To me, it is one of the best gifts that I can give to them. Music opens up the world in so many ways, plus it helps their brains in other areas like math, and artistic expression. When I saw this music box and everything that it contained I was so excited. I kept pulling out musical instrument after musical instrument. And they aren’t just cheap boxes, or little jingle bells. This musical instruments contain 7 different types of musical instruments. They are really put together well, operate easily, and are colorful in a way that doesn’t take away from these pieces being absolutely amazing musical instruments.I am so excited with this bag (yes, there is a big muslin bag that holds all of these instruments) of musical goodies. I can see my grandson now with each piece and trying to keep up with big brother and sister that are onto bigger instruments. This way little brother can be a part of things and learn rhythm naturally.I’m so excited that I can’t stand it! I want to see his big toothy grin when he is able to make music with the rattle drum, the wood sounder, the clarinet, the xylophone, the hand bells, the maracas, and finally the tambourine. All the sound that he makes will be music to his ears, a little rough for us older adults, but the investment is already made. Years of loving music and hopefully participation with more music. This is a fantastic group of musical instruments and I couldn’t be more thrilled with what I received. Great price too. Very impressed.

nice set of instruments for preschool/early elementary. Excellent value.
This is a set of wood/metal instruments, including a small tambourine, woodblock/quiro, den-den drum, whistle, maracas, and an 8 note diatonic glockenspiel. The wood instruments are smoothly finished and painted in neutral colors. The quality is good for rhythm band instruments, with better sound than many toys, but not to the level of Remo Kids, Yamaha Kids, or Nino. There is a cloth carrying bag included. The glockenspiel is a little flat, especially on the G. The colors are designed to be neutral and do not match KidsPlay or Chromanotes, so if you want to use it with other instruments as part of a class set, you will need to add stickers or otherwise adjust. Please note that while the terms “baby” and “toddler” are in the listing, this set includes open bell jingles and should NOT be used by children who are likely to put parts in their mouth-it is possible for a child to get their tongue caught in the bell.At the time I got this set, the price was EXCELLENT, far below other similar sets, and for music teachers or preschool teachers who want to add to their class collection for music making, this is a great value.

Quality Toddler Musical Instruments, Supervised Play
Priced at $10 at time of purchase, this is a great bargain! Other similar sets go for 20 or even 30 dollars, so get this instead. The instruments are well made with no loose parts or rough edges. Suitable for toddler play, but absolutely should still be supervised because they could poke eyes. Some of the instruments were quite loud, so if noise levels bother you, this set may not work since they were designed to be rather loud, such as having oversized bells.Be warned that the burlap bag attracts a lot of hair to stick to it, so might want to replace if you own a furry pet. The pellet drum and tambourine also are made with thin paper, so if your child is not a gentle player, they could tear and break easy. Other than those two things to note, I was happy with everything. Great sizes, not too bulky, plenty of fun, and comes in an attractive printed box that is perfect for gifting. Each instrument came individually wrapped so they were not damaged. Hope this helps you decide if you want to buy!

110% worth your money!
Relevant information:- 2 children under 5 but older than 2 yrs of age- adore music but have 0 lessons under their belts- placed a VERY FIRM rule in place that they are a specific to one area of the house toy for the adults’ sanity & productivity sake. Our toddlers have been expressing an interest in music & instruments, this was the BEST (& 2nd loudest) gift we could have surprised them with! We’ve had them for 2 days, they’ve been banged on, tossed around plus the actual playing & “proper” use of the instruments themselves. The wood finish & paint are still impeccable, everything sounds exactly as it should! These will be our gateway to actual musical instruction in the next year or so.
