They are nearly the same size, but the Anhebeibei feels denser and heavier, while the Boppy has a more uniform texture. The Anhebeibei comes with a velvety cover that’s soft to the touch, but it isn’t as breathable as Boppy’s cotton cover. For that reason, I’d still consider the Boppy safer for newborns.Functionally, the Anhebeibei performs well—likely because the design closely mirrors the Boppy. Even if it’s not used for nursing, it works as a lounging pillow or something soft for the baby to hug.
