Customer service is outstanding. I’m very impressed. They reached out to me to ask how the product was working, and I mentioned a very minor issue. They went above and beyond to help.My 2-year-old daughter and I are both very happy with the product and the overall experience. The tablet works exactly as described and is a lot of fun to use. I get to draw all sorts of things for her and teach her how to draw. Great product for kids, not to bright!
Bought this product for my 3 year old nephew. I opened it up when it arrived because it was something I was getting him for Christmas and also wanted to make sure it worked abc if it needed batteries. Overall I think he will love it. It writes smooth, the erase feature is a nice touch, great for on the go and kids who love to write on things. Only thing is it’s not a bright as it is showing in the pictures, but I have seen reviews where it could just be the battery as the erase feature uses the battery ‘ the battery can die quickly so that could be why Its dim. Again I just got it and it was the first time using it & it was kinda dim, but overall it’s a great gift. My nephew is 3. It will be fine for him.

Light and thin and easy to use
I got this doodle board for flying and car rides for my 2 year old. He loves it! He loves to push the button to erase and loves drawing our family pets. The only thing that could make it better is if the pen was attached the the board. It fell under our seats a few times on the flight.It is thin and super light! Get it!

Solid product!
Great product. I have got a few of these for my kids but they are flimsy. This one actually feels like it will hold up. There’s also a lock button which keeps the drawing for those who want to continue later. My kid loves it!

Doesn’t last very long
Decent price comparatively, but they didn’t last a year (I bought 2). I tried again with the same result. I’d call these short-term fun. Probably best to spend the few extra dollars for something that will last longer. They work well in the beginning, but after about 6 months they start to not erase anymore.

Quality of writing and deleting is excellent. But the screen is not as bright as suggested. Room has to be really lit to be bright otherwise it is dark.
