These little hot/cold packs have become part of my daily comfort routine. I use them cold for sensitive areas that need gentle relief, and warm for muscle tension, cramps, and general aches. Their slim size makes them perfect for hard-to-reach or delicate spots, and they’re light enough not to add pressure; just soothing warmth or coolness where I need it.I especially appreciate the washable sleeves; no more wrapping towels or fussing with bulky packs. Handy, narrow ice packs with covers for post partum or anything that ails you.
These are handy little cold packs. I work as a postpartum nurse and we use disposable ice packs in postpartum that are quite a bit wider. These seem like they would be much more comfortable once home because of their size. The only thing is having to wash the covers, and maybe figuring out what to use to cover the ice pack while the cover is in the wash. Childbirth and post partum healing can be messy, painful business, these ice packs would be amazing for any new mom. Besides that, they’re just handy ice packs for anything you need them for!

These postpartum cold packs were such a relief after giving birth. The cooling effect is instant and really helps with swelling, soreness, and overall comfort down there. I love that they come with two washable sleeves, which are super soft and make them much more comfortable to use.They’re easy to clean, freeze quickly, and stay cold for a good amount of time. I even used them for hemorrhoid pain relief, and they worked great for that too. The purple color is a nice touch and makes them feel a little less “medical.”If you’re preparing for postpartum recovery or know someone who’s expecting, this set is absolutely worth having on hand. It made those first few days and weeks so much more manageable.It has also been used for my kids when they fell off their bikes or while skating. I’ve used it both cold and hot for headaches and backaches and many other reasons.

Freeze well, last 30-40 mins, no odor
These are great! I initially bought them as a gift but ended up not giving them, so I’ve been using them as a regular ice pack. I frequently have back pain that is soothed by ice packs, and these works really well for that because of the size and shape. They freeze quickly, and have a nice material pouch so the cold isn’t touching you too long. They lasted about 30-40 minutes out of the freezer before getting soft again. These would really be good for any body part I think, perfect if you have an arm or leg injury and wanted to wrap this around it. No manufacturing odor on these.

Great Versatile Packs, but Covers Could Be Softer
At 7 months pregnant and with a scheduled C-section coming up, I’ve been putting together my postpartum recovery kit and wanted something long and narrow to help with my incision area. This 2-pack of hot/cold gel packs fit the bill perfectly.The packs themselves are a great size and very versatile. You can use them cold from the freezer or heat them up in the microwave or even boiling water. Each one comes with two fabric sleeves, which is a nice bonus. However, the fabric isn’t very soft; it actually feels a bit like the soft side of Velcro and can be a little itchy on sensitive skin. I may end up sewing my own covers with a softer fabric.That said, for the price and quality of the packs themselves, this is a solid buy. I know I’ll be using them not just postpartum, but also for cramps, headaches, and first aid down the line. I just wish the sleeves were more comfortable!
