Great little ice packs – more than one use
These little ice packs are great. They can be used for other things other than a perineal cooling pad. These can be used as typical ice packs if wanted. But if wanting to use for the intended purpose (perineal cooling/icing) these are nice and thin. I could see these being wonderful for postpartum care or for hemorrhoids. I’m not sure why these are called “gel bead” ice pads as there are no gel beads in them (just a soft gel).Of not these are easy to clean, and can be used both hot and cold. This comes with 3 gel pads.I do feel it is a bit overpriced at the list price of $14.99. But overall I was happy with this order.

Thin ice pack – weird product suggestions?
For $15 (price at time of review), you receive three pad-shaped reusable gel ice packs which can also be microwaved or soaked in hot water for heat. While the package suggests using them for a lunch ice pack, they are definitely pad-shaped and resemble a pad. The package calls them “gel bead ice pack” but there are no beads, just a gel. The ice pack itself is very thin. While I would use this product for postpartum or private-area discomfort, I would probably not use it for much else, and I would certainly not put this in my child’s lunch box.If you need a private-parts ice pack, this will do what you need. However, if you want a general use ice pack, there are other products with a better value – $5 per ice pack is not a good value!

Helped My Wife a Lot During Recovery
I got this cooling pad for my wife after she gave birth, and it ended up being one of the most useful things we had for her recovery. She said it felt really soothing and helped a lot with the soreness and swelling in those first few days. The gel beads stay flexible even when frozen, so it fits comfortably and doesn’t feel stiff or awkward to wear.It comes with soft covers that made it more comfortable on the skin, and being reusable was a big plus, we just kept a couple in the freezer and rotated them. It doesn’t stay cold for a really long time, but it was enough to bring her relief when she needed it. If your partner is recovering from delivery or dealing with discomfort down there, this is definitely something worth having on hand.

    Very uncomfortable
What does everyone else know that I don’t about how to use these?? These are meant for your private area but if you put them there what are you putting them in? They’re shaped like a pad so I put them in my underwear and while they retain flexibility while frozen they aren’t flexible enough to just be able to pull up my panties and have them stay. After finally getting it to stay in place when I pulled up my underwear it was so uncomfortable. Who needs frostbite on their rear end while trying to soothe other issues? Not a fan of this product.

Large pad-shaped ice packs, freeze soft but not gel-like
These ice packs are larger than I imagined, about the size of a menstrual pad. They freeze soft, but not as gel like as I would have hoped, given the location where they are to be used! Some other ice packs I own freeze super soft and squishy, and of course some freeze solid as a rock; I would say that these are in the middle, but more toward the soft side. They freeze up fairly fast, as they are thin, and they do the job.

    Works amazingly well
Put the pack in the freezer overnight, they come out ice cold and hold the icy temperature for over half an hour or so. You can take the first one, put it back in the freezer and by the time the others are warmed up the first one is back to being icey cold. So in effect constant cold. There is no hardening when they are cold, and they still look and function as if brand new after use. I can’t find anything negative to say. These packs just do the job and hold up like a champ. Highly recommended!

    Thin, Hygenic, perfect for pain!
These ice packs have been a game-changer for managing hemorrhoid and pelvic pain. Their slim, flexible design fits comfortably whether you’re using them seated, lying down, or tucked discreetly into clothing, and they provide just the right amount of cooling relief without being bulky or rigid. They freeze quickly, stay cold for a long time, and are reusable—making them a cost-effective and hygienic alternative to disposable options. I also appreciate that they’re easy to clean and don’t leak or create condensation. If you’re dealing with postpartum discomfort, these offer soothing relief in a discreet, no-fuss way.

    So handy and discreet!
I have interstitial cystitis, and when I experience flare-ups, I feel a lot of discomfort and spasms in my pelvic area/urethra. These ice packs are perfectly shaped to wear discreetly and provide comfort and pain relief. It comes in a pack of 3 which is good for rotating once they’re no longer cold. I feel like they’re a bit overpriced for what they are but not too terrible. Overall I would definitely recommend them.

I cant emphasize what a relief perineal cooling pads are. freezer friendly, and versatile. You can use them for pain relief, hemorrhoid relief, or even to relieve the itch from a yeast infection. If you ever have discomfort, these are an excellent natural relief.
