I’m currently 3 days postpartum, and this belly band has been a lifesaver! It’s snug but still very comfortable, and I love how easy it is to put on—just one piece, unlike other bands with 3+ separate parts. It’s adjustable so I can loosen or tighten it throughout the day, and it really helps support my core while making my belly look flatter. I am 6 days postpartum from having a C-section. This belly band has been helping with my recovery. It is good quality and adjustable. I like that it is all one piece, making it much easier to use. I find it has helped keep me stable and keep my core in place. Getting out of bed is much easier, thanks to the stability this provides. I would recommend this for any post surgery procedures and will even continue to use after to help with posture.

Helped me tremendously with hiatal hernia and sciatica
I have a horrible hiatal hernia and sciatica pain. I could barely walk. My stomach was so bloated, and the only thing I could think of to help was a C-section support belt. I needed something simple. Boy oh boy, was this a gift to give to myself. I would put it on first thing in the morning and take it off at night. It was so comfortable. It helped move my hernia. Yes, I wrapped it tight! I am now prepping for the surgery, but like all things insurance-related, it takes forever. I tried body suits, whatever…waste. This did exactly what I needed and will no doubt need for my back in the future. The quality is excellent. The velcro holds, and I did put it to the test. A bit complicated at first to put on, but that’s on me because I tend to make things more difficult. As I said, I could wear it all day, and I live in the hot part of California! Very Breathable. Nailed in on Functionality!!!! If you have core pain…this is the way to go!
