Kids love it
Bought for my 2 and almost 5 year old grandchildren. Entertaining for both. The 2 year old just enjoyed the magnet experience, while the almost 5 year old sat down to task, pulled out the booklet and diligently built every structure suggested in it. Would recommend, and I’m contemplating buying another set with more pieces.

Good toy with strong points and a few areas that need care
I recently got the Pairez 3D magnetic building sets (37 pcs) for my child (age 5), and it’s become a go-to for quiet play time. The variety of shapes and magnets on multiple faces make construction more flexible than many simple block sets. Because the magnets allow connections on several sides, you can build more creative structures — bridges, cubes, towers — with fewer constraints. Some reviews mention these blocks have a light rattle effect due to small movement of internal magnets, which adds a tactile/sensory layer to play. What works well / pros• The magnetic strength is good for everyday play: pieces stick firmly without too much fiddling. Some users noted the magnets are “loose inside” so that all faces can attract.• The colors are bright and appealing, which keeps kids visually engaged.• Durable build: after a few weeks of use, the blocks show minimal wear or scuffing on corners.• Educational value: encourages spatial reasoning, fine motor skill practice, and open-ended creativity. Great for STEM or Montessori-style play. What to watch out for / cons• The “hollow” design means magnets can shift inside slightly. One reviewer noted that the magnets are loose inside the block shells, so over time or with rough play, you might hear them or see minor misalignment.• Off surfaces like carpet or when bumped, some connections may slip, especially for taller or more delicate constructions. The base matters.• Small parts: This set has some pieces that might pose choking risk for younger toddlers. Supervision is necessary, especially for children under the recommended age.• Because the magnets are sealed inside, if the shell is damaged or cracked, there may be risk of magnet exposure. So durability of the casing is important.Overall takeaway & scoreI’d rate this set 3.5 out of 5 stars. It’s a fun, flexible magnetic block set with lots of creative potential, and it’s held up decently in my household. But it’s not perfect: the looseness of internal magnets and occasional slippage under strain keep it from being top-tier. For general play, educational purpose, and aesthetic value, it’s solid — just handle it with a bit of care.

Perfect first block set!
We got the 12-piece set for our 2-year-old and love how simple and easy it is to use. The magnets are strong enough to hold everything together, but not so strong that they pinch fingers. It came with a book of ideas for things you can build, which was a big hit with our little one. The pieces are lightweight, durable enough for rough play, and cleanup is quick and easy. Plus, the small set doesn’t take up much space.

Magnetic tiles meets wooden blocks
These are a super fun new magnetic block set. We are no stranger to magnetic tiles and these are different but comparable. Think old school wooden solid blocks but with magnets so they don’t tip over so easy. They are a small starter set and I’d recommend getting at least two for building big structures. They are easy to use for my 3 year old and fun for my 6 year old too. They are durable enough to withstand rowdy boys, for now.

Fun magnetic shapes for building
This is a great set that extends beyond just block shapes, allowing older kids to explore, grow, and expand their imaginations to build new things. The magnetic pieces help the pieces stay together better than simply gravity, but don’t hold so strongly as to frustrate the kids. After looking through the accompanying idea book that includes descriptions of what pieces are included in each set that they sell, with some ideas on what you can create with each set, I have decided that the differences in the age recommendations come from both a safety standpoint (the half circles in this set are probably too small to be safe for a younger child who still puts things in their mouth), as well as from a developmental recommendation to be able to truly explore and utilize the different shapes in the set.The blocks are bright and will help engage children. I like how each shape is a different color. This makes building items from the pictures easier.I didn’t find any rough edges. My one major disappointment is that the idea book is for every set, causing frustration when a child finds something they want to make, and then can’t because they don’t have the correct quantities or the correct shapes to make it. Additionally, the pieces fit so tightly in the box, I will likely move them to some other storage container, and the box has more ideas on it than we have on the correct page of the idea book.

Wish they didn’t rattle
These blocks rattle which was ok at first but I wish they didn’t. It’s nice that they are chunky blocks and colorful. They are easily magnetic but after playing with magnet tiles in my therapy sessions and with other kids in the family, the light magnetism of these blocks isn’t super impressive. I think our one year old will like them for Christmas this year but I don’t think I’d get them again.

A big hit and would be an incredible gift
My kids love these so much that I got even more! This set has 37 already which is an amazing deal, but my three kids were still fighting over them so I got even more! These magnet blocks have a great design. The edges are rounded off, you cannot see any visible magnet at all. The colors are vibrant and fun for children and there is a variety of shapes available. The magnets are 100% contained within the block without any fear of breaking out. I allow my 7 month old to play with these and he already loves them. My 2.5 year old probably plays with them the most, but additionally my 6 year old plays with them as well! I’ve reflect of making trains, towers, toy name it. And it comes with a booklet full of suggestions for building! We love these at my house!
