These are nice. I was worried they would be too stiff/hard once frozen but they’re not, they’re still nice and pliable. The last thing you want down there is something super stiff.

I have endometriosis and interstitial cystitis. When I have a cystoscopy or botox vaginally or in my bladder, I am using these almost around the clock. I suggest using different covers for these, but the ice packs are wonderful. They calm the burning down so I don’t need to use nearly as much pain medication or numbing spray. (Which doesn’t help much with these procedures anyway)They are also fantastic when used with a flair. I suggest having 2-3 packs of them if you are having this procedure though.I had a different brand that popped during recovery from my last one and ended up having to buy the ice pack pads from Walmart to use until I was able to get these to replace the others (they had water beads in them, idk if it was the way they were sealed or how hard the waterbeads got, but they only lasted about 2 uses each from a 2 pack before they were useless. This brand has been way better, it just doesn’t stay ad cold as long.)

My pack came with two gel bead packs and three covers. These gel packs work well. Used a 1200 W microwave at 20 secs to warm one pack up… quite warm. The other one went in the fridge/freezer…. cold. These are the usual temperature gel packs elongated version to give better coverage to those private areas. In reality, they can be used anywhere you want something warm or cold to press on. Or use them as lunchbox freezer packs. Nice touch to label instructions on the packs (i.e. 20 sec microwave) so you don’t forget.

Bought for my wife, was on freezer for few days, used on the back of neck felt like leaking, thought it was water leaking from outside cover however later on the jelly beads from inside was coming out.In summer, it warms up within few minutes. Jelly inside is really not up to the expectation.
